I got done really good tires from here. The service was great and FAST! I was in and out in 12 minutes! They only take cash so be prepared for that.

The person helping me has terrible customer service and a smart mouth. He said he’s been here since January and I feel they need to bring back their old workers. I will never be back! And not to mention my receipt was on notebook paper. He told me they don’t have receipts which I know they do. So now this confirms me being over charged. That guy has a nasty attitude and is bad for business!

I never had any complaints when you need that tire to stay mobile and need only one tire this is the place to go when and if you ever catch a flat and your within driving distance grab it from here you won't be mad and if they have it they will tell who will have it. Speed is always practiced I'm and out with Uptowne

I went and purchased two brand new tires for a really great deal. In exactly two days later I almost lost my life on the road because the right passenger side tire ended up coming off while I was driving on the road. Thank god I am still alive. I immediately had AAA bring the car back up here and explained what happened. The mechanics were really friendly about getting this resolved. I waited two days to return after getting the run around over the phone every time I called to check when they would be finished with the car. They told me car would be done end of business that day when I arrive the car was still sitting in the same place it was when AAA dropped the car off they haven’t even started the work on the car when they were leading me to believe otherwise. I decided to wait until the time frame they said they would be done after arriving. Upon arrival I was told the manager went to get the part for my car and would return shortly. I then decided to wait in my vehicle for the manager to arrive being that it was cold outside. I waited for over an hour for manager to return with part to finish my car, but the manager never showed up. Shortly afterwards the mechanics closed up shop with me still sitting outside in the car waiting. No one said anything to me before they left just left me sitting there. I am currently still waiting on them to fix my car. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you see this place RUN RUN RUN for your life or you too could end up like me.

Excellent service and I have always gotten a great deal. They had me on and out in about 20 minutes every time I've been there.

Needed a tire plugged because it has a nail in it. They were friendly, courteous and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Fixed me and had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Great service!

Great prices, courteous & helpful staff. Felt safer and less anxious than at Firestone. They even took the care to put my spare back in the trunk and lock it in with the tools that fit inside of the spare cargo area. Thank you!

Someone stole my money. I don't think it was anyone who works there tho but still worst place ever.

Got my brakes done staff was friendly and professional. They let me know what was going on at all times and price was perfect

We've had a few tires plugged here. Got what we paid for at expected rates. Solid serve. No complaints from. I would definitely return as well as recommend the place.

I didn’t even want to share the single star. This place was terrible, I bought one tire years ago. The place looked like a hole in the wall so I was skeptical. After my experience my opinion slightly changed. Now a few months ago I purchase 4 used tires, after asking about the tires they claimed they had 4. When I took my car to get serviced today because it felt like my wheels were going to pop off, they put my car on a lift and showed me two broken belts. On top of that they are four different size tires. I am appalled especially because they took adavantage of a single mother who was already short of money. I appreciate all the extra damage you did as well as on my hubs and rims. Keep in mind the sign tells you they are not responsible for anything. I would ask for my money back because I was robbed by a bunch of crack heads, but obviously business is that bad to the point that they needed to get over on a struggling mother. Karma has a funny way of working itself out, glad I fixed the problem you created before my daughter and myself got into a accident. I’ll pray for you uptown.

Went to get my tire plugged & my tire was still leaking, had to take it back. While I was there the lady that was behind me brought her car back because she bought a new tire & it went flat before she could get back home!

We needed two front tires and we were good to go within half an hour. They were personable and prompt, and if we need more tires we know where to go!

I had two tires that I desperately need,
I check other places with no success very nice and courteous
