I would like to give it a 5 stars, but there are some things that need to be done there. For E.g, most of the clear balls in the area are now damaged and can potentially cut a kid. The machines looked like they were rigged, and even though it says that can get up to 252 people, with probably 40 kids, it looked packed and other kids couldn't even move around without colliding with each other.

Extremely LOUD venue. Although, kids had a blast. Went for a birthday party and seemed organized. One complaint, many of the zones or activities were not active seemingly due to low staffing.

It’s hard to deal with African Americans, man. I have a membership for 6 years and the treat me like I asked them for free stuff, they well loose me like a customer with 10 membership

Weekends are pretty crowded. Customer service is a bunch of teens, so it is hit or miss. Food and drinks are decent. They do sale alcohol as well.

Big fun for my nephew! So much to do and staff willing to help the littles. Will definitely go back!

Horrible costumer service, both entry and food. You pay five dollars for a burnt pretzel, about the only good thing we got on this trip was my son's pizza. I will personally never come back here. Last time we came kids were being bullies and hitting, this time its the workers. I just can't with this place and of course when you say something about the food they don't wanna refund and keep their burnt stuff so im out of money, at least offer to fix it dang lazy behavior. Does not surprise me being at work in pjs seems to fit there motive. This place has gone down hill in last two years. It's not a place I would recommend.

If I could leave a half star rating I would but unfortunately I can’t. Staff is completely inappropriate, they like to insult people on their height, foot size, appearance, not to mention the fact they are completely rude in service completely ignoring our requests to get on certain activities. Also complaining on how they hate their job etc.

This was a great birthday experience for the whole family. The birthday kids were off zip lining and above ground obstacles coursing while the lil one found plenty of ways to play also! The pizza was really tasty and all seemed to enjoy the time. Give them call and book your next day of fun!

Could be great, but needs specific improvements.

The place itself has great activities for kids. It was just waaaayyyyy too crowded. Bigger kids were running everywhere making it hard and unsafe for the smaller kids. The employees were nice but young and didn't really know what to do. I blame that on management, not the young employees.

If they limited the number of people who could come in at a time, and train the employees better, this place could be great. But as it stands, I wouldn't recommend.

I’m only giving them a one star due to a situation that happened, while my child was playing. There were no height restrictions and it was not an exclusive only attraction. However, My child got stuck between this mattress style jump attraction and the wall. It scared me when she slide in the section and I almost couldn’t even move to get to her. My husband and another mom was able to grab her quickly as she was closet to her. I can only imagine how this could end up badly if a child was jumping unattended and wedged under the mattress. I mentioned to the staff members about it, they kinda didn’t take me super serious and said it happens all the time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. “Drew” came over, I told him what happen and he basically said that, that area was supposed to be supervised at all times by the staff. I told him no one was there, the two workers I was talking to previously mentioned how they can’t be everywhere at once. I found this a bit comical because that wasn’t even my complaint or an issue to me. I just wanted to bring it to the staffs attention how I saw this could be a super hazardous and potentially dangerous situation. I still feel like my concern was just brushed off, it seems like a lot of young kids are running the show there and oblivious to real world dangers.

This park is for smaller children. The website does not specify this nor do the pictures or descriptions of attractions imply this is for those 48" and under. I bought 9 Ultimate passes with socks, thats alot of money, then we get there to see its not what we expected. Had I not had to use the SUMMER40 online only we would have walked in and likely left and went somewhere for older teenagers. I had ages 6 and 7 which were the only two who did anything and enjoyed themselves. Then I had a bunch of 15 year old's my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend who is 17. It was a waste of money as they just walked around and ate pizza the majority of the time. They did the zipline and rope course, the only two thongs you have to be over 48" to do. We had plans to spend a lot of the afternoon there My daughters BF wanted to climb the rock wall, yeah, that was literally for kids 41" and above. Not made for adult size people at all. Just be aware before you buy its not what it seems online. We left after less than 2 hours and that was mostly because the little ones were having a good time. My daughter and her BF left after probably 45 minutes. Did nothing. Totally wasted my money.

We had a great day. Staff was very friendly. We will be visiting them more often now. I read the reviews and wasn't going to go. No ill judge for myself. Clean big. Great for all ages. Under 7 not much for them.

I went here a few days ago with my friend. We had a blast on the zip line, climbing courses, and so much more! I recommend this place for people who love fun activity's! However I WOULD NOT recommend this place for people who take things seriously there was this one employee making fun of my height and used the term “dwarf” or “shorty” and was using my name in the sentence! This is really rude and upset me. Yes I have heard this term used for me before but by an urban air employee!? Someone needs to fire this person honestly. I am very sorry but I think this should be discussed with the manager.
