Urban Outfitters reviews
13I went to return something at 1: 45 pm and there was a sign on the door indicating that they were closed for employee break until 2: 15 pm even though they are supposed to be open until 6: 00pm. If they plan on taking a break, they should put it in their store hours. It caused me to be late for an appointment because I had to wait half an hour for them to open back up.
Every time I go there, no matter what time of the day there is always a sign on the door that says “employee is on lunch break”. I’ll shop elsewhere.
Saw a hat online, but i wanted to support the local shop. They only had one left, so i put it on hold. I forgot about it and called back days later. They still had it & put it back on hold for me! Went in the next day to get it. Really cool & nice of them
This store is located across from UC in Cincinnati. It is in an old church. I loved the way they used the space and retained stained glass and original parts of the church. This store is trendy and pricey, but they had a great bargain area of discounted items in their basement. There were lots of people working to help answer Qs or show you to a dressing room. This is an adorable and trendy boutique type store.
This UO location is great, though I continue to hold out hope they'll put one in Kenwood as well to be a little more convenient to those of us who live in the suburbs. That said, a trip to Urban gives us an excuse to get lunch and peruse Clifton which is always a good time. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've been a die-hard, loyal Urban shopper for years as they're one of the better sources for things that are a little more fashionable/unique in the Midwest.
The associates are very friendly and the store is in a great location. In general the prices are a bit on the high side but still a great experience. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely be back to look at their products.
I'm old, so I remember when this store took over the church building. It's a unique setting and great location. Prices can be a bit much, but if you have patience you can find some great deals on home goods. It's a fun place to browse even if you don't want to spend money.
Super cool vibe in an old church building! Two floors of shopping. Trendy clothing and housewares.
Culture vultures completely ruining the 80s and 90s brands by remaking them and attempting to remake tour / rap shirts and making unauthentic fake items. Be original vultures
The music was really ubnoctious, and it smelled really bad in there, other then that staff was nice.
I love UO but this location is getting bit weird. Speaking of guys floor - selection has gotten very limited. Seems they only have younger hip "mac demarco style" stuff now. Can't find decent shirt or jacket anymore. They even dropped shoes section.
Not as big as other UO's I've been too, so not as much of a selection. Beautiful building/location though.
Personally Urban Outfitters is my favorite store. They have a wide variety of interesting things from record players to clothing to poloroid camera accessories. It is a great place to buy gifts for people. I would have to say that it is a store more gauged for teens/young adults. For example they have alot of home interior products in the store that are very tumblr. Also I love that it's located in what looks to be an old church.
