U.S. Bank Branch, Cincinnati OH

Went in to get help with my pin code and both employees were very helpful but Trevor was so prompt in response to me on my lunch break it was the fastest service I have every received and I made it back to work on time. Kudos to Trevor

My daughters and I received quick, courteous, competent, and friendly service from several associates and the office manager today. Each bank representative took a moment to create a personal connection with us, and they handled our business with efficiency and care.

Out of every branch and every bank I have done business with this bank and location is by far the best. Trevor is so kind and helpful. He always has a smile and is so patience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not at all like what I experienced at the Newport branch.

Nice people overall but you will likely walk past it when you go bc it’s somewhat hidden. The entrance is NOT inviting and makes you think you’re walking into some slum place. Not the look US bank needs. Place definitely needs a facelift if it’s going to keep operating. US Bank corporate needs to change the look here ASAP otherwise I’m gonna start using Chase instead.

I would never think to rate a bank (although probably should), but after going to this bank on a regular (albeit infrequent) basis, I just have to say how much I enjoy going to this bank. It's always fast & friendly. The staff are great. I do most of my banking online, but the staff at this branch make me want to revert to good, old fashioned banking again!
