Lady was so very rude and the manager definitely don’t recommend u.s bank

Check had pay to order of myself & still no luck said I needed a birth certificate even though I had my drivers license I would never bank with them!

The reason why I am editing my post from last time is because everything changed with this bank. I had an issue with a check from my tutoring services and the branch themselves were nasty. How do you not know the check was fake and even though it was coming up as "unknown, " you still try to deposit it into my account. The customer service was rude and my bank manager so rude and vague with the answers to my questions. They would not help me and they told me to call the fraud department and they will give me the answers. One teller who I will not name never acknowledged me and honestly I did not like the experience I had. I'm going to contact the corporate office and tell them my experience, but who knows how their actions will be. The fraud department was more friendlier than anyone else. There is no communication what so ever and you have to investigate yourself. I'm going to a new bank tomorrow after work. This bank needs to shut down. If you tell them where you are originally from they will kind of judge you which is wrong. Never go to this bank!
