2Terrible service! I went to the Van Wert branch order checks, five weeks later I called to see where they’re at no one ordered them. I had to be on hold for 30 minutes after trying to call three times before I could get past the automated operator who doesn’t understand anything! I see they have a 3.8 star rating, someone was feeling generous! I would give them a negative if I could.
This is the first Bank that I have ever found that treats you with respect and is helpful in any way and in every way. I've been with quite a few Banks in my time, this is the one everyone should bank with. I strongly advise any and everyone to bank with US BANK in Van Wert, Ohio. Located at 818 S. Shannon Street. I don't know about any of the other US BANKS but I do know about this one. Thank you very much for all the help that you have given me.
