US Nails, St Clairsville OH

My two daughters and myself went to get our nails done for one of their birthdays. My one daughter and I decided to just get regular nail polish with me getting acrylics and letting the Birthday girl getting the full work up and design she wanted. They asked if I was okay with the extra design for her birthday I said that was fine. When I mentioned myself and my other daughter was just getting regular polished the employees immediately started talking about us and making jokes. The lady that was doing my nails apparently didn't think I understood her when she called me cheap and poor and I looked at her telling her I wasn't as poor has she was making me sound she was a bit surprised. She then kept asking the guy who was working on the design how he was doing and still stating I didn't want to spend the money or couldn't afford it. Once he said 60 I looked at her and said I knew it was going to be that or more but it's her birthday! I also told her I was very disappointed how she came off thinking we were so poor because I wanted regular polish for my youngest and not gel. I also let her know how uncomfortable she made us and how unprofessional it was. It's a shame because I use to go there for Manis and pedis a lot back in the day (my husband would get me gift cards for Christmas) and I loved watching the updates in the store. But she obviously didn't care, said she would check us out and walked away
We will not be back there again.

Nails came out looking messy and rushed. Had to ask for three of my nails to be fixed because they were put on crooked. Sister’s nails came out messy and not what she wanted at all. Other sister was straight up denied by one of the nail techs.

I haven't been to this salon for quite a while. I went there today and got the best pedicure. I didn't have to wait and was in and out within an hour! I will definitely go back! They are fully staffed and accommodate you quickly. The price is more reasonable than other places I've been

Inexperienced workers. While receiving a pedicure, I had to ask the technician to clean under my nails before she painted them. Poor attitude after I asked. Did not trim the corner of nails or side cuticle around nail bed. The emery board she used needed to be in the trash. I went home and corrected the work myself.
Not everyone is worried about just the polish color.

They were able to get me in when my usual salon couldn't to do my nails. He did a really great job! Thank you!

I was extremely happy with the service and my nails. They saw me last minute. The chairs don't have controls and they didn't put plastic liners in the water bowls like the last two places I went to. That said, my nails and service was awesome.

Love my nails Duy is the only one I’ll go to he takes his time and always listens to what I want

Wouldn't recommend this place guys dr*nk and call in inspections cause they mad at employees yea I was friends with Duy and friend he reported for inspection all the time and blamed on other people last review is true

I’ve had my nails done for only 5 days and one already broke.they are so thin. The way the guy did them he just let the acrylic run off my nail. He used way to much monomer. I do my own nails and they look like I did them my self. No wonder you guys rejected like 20 people. You had like 5 people working too, two doing nails and everyone else on there phone. I will never come there again.

I got my nails done February 15th and I know when u take pictures I that u can't replicate the picture but this was done poorly & very rushed and definitely not worth 71 bucks! I had a play I had to get to, so I couldn't really stay to try & get it fixed. But this is sloppy. I'd like to have them fixed. Definitely won't be returning.

Some of the works are really good and nice. I had an older man, in many peoples opinion they said my nails looked like a child did them. He was not friendly and blamed me for his mistakes and would not let me get shorter nails, claims he couldn’t do it.

Some nail techs are great but the last one was an older gentleman who made every single one of my fingers bleed with the dremmel and the rest of the process stung so bad. Some of the old polish can be seen through the new polish, the end of my nails aren't wrapped, but my fingers stung so bad I just wanted to get out of there. Now I need to wait for my fingers to heal before I can get them fixed.
