Done about 5 hrs of work over a months time. Cost us 1300$ we done all the work. This is what he left us with. ALOT of no show/no calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Chris saved Christmas for our home! As the temperatures dropped into the negatives our house was getting colder and our main furnace wasn’t keeping up. We have mini split heating/cooling systems upstairs and we realized they weren’t blowing hot air, therefore, our house was staying cold, in the low 50s. We called him 12/23 at 7pm to ask if there was anything he could do before we made plans not to be in our home for Christmas with our kids. He was currently at a job but called us back at 10pm and came to our home to see if there was anything he could do that night to help, unfortunately there wasn’t. He told us he would he back CHRISTMAS EVE to fix the issue. He showed back up this morning and spent 2 hours fixing our system. His rates were BEYOND reasonable and did not charge extra for a weekend call, let alone a holiday. We will now be able to do Christmas with our children in our home tomorrow morning. We will be repeat customers. We can’t thank Chris enough for all he did!
Chris came and looked under our house to try to find the location of a sewer smell happening in our main bathroom. He couldn’t find anything and decided he would replace the seal of the toilet. He had us pay him ahead of time for the hour of work and wax seal. He said and wrote on the bill of sale that he would be back the next day. It’s been 8 days now and he still has yet to return to do the job. I told him today that we would prefer a refund because it’s not working out. We have yet to hear back from him. I do not recommend him. Very unprofessional after having a decent interaction with him the first time. Very disappointed. Unfortunately he was unable to communicate, stay on time or show up at all. My fault for trusting him and paying in advance. Never again.
