Down to earth people n may not look the best but their is integrity n honor n "family feel". I love the look but I am a Hardcore lover of Patriotism. The trucks are not colorful but pure looking n that's what I love.

Good job I had so far driving trucks …. Definitely care about your personal life an help u get back home to take care of business …. I will recommend this job to any one I know with there cdl license….

Damaged vehicles and trailers if you just received your license they train you, if your coming from another company they just give you a key and you have to figure it out on your own. NEGATIVE-2TRILLON 's.

Realistically USA Truck Inc has always been very attractive amongst the other companies in the trucking industry. This company cares about you and that speaks volume. I’m happy to be apart of a growing company that sets a standard above and beyond experience for drivers representing the brand and name. I’m grateful and appreciative of the opportunity to grow with this company. If you about doing the job correct with a supportive team that’s efficient. This is the company to align with.

Great yard for us drivers. We hardly ever get much time to enjoy these facilities, but it's nice when you can grab a couple hours of pampering with a shower, truck repair, clothes getting washed and perhaps a conversation with another human being

It's a terminal where I work. You may catch a nap. Wash and dry your clothes. And take a shower!

On April 3rd of this month, I became a truck driver with USA TRUCK, LLC. I can tell that this is going, to be a great company to be employed, with and to earn some great money, while working for this great company.

Driver training is simply designed to get a minimum of 10,000 free miles out of each student. You do team driving for most of your training (80-90% of the time). Once you demonstrate you are able to keep the truck on the road, your trainer sleeps while you drive, then you sleep while trainer drives. The load are picked specifically for team driving with time schedules that cannot be done on a solo driver's hours of service. It's a very lucrative practice. You will get trained on backing when you happen to be driving at pick up or delivering. Backing training isn't scheduled or prioritized. The upgrade test is a formality, at least in my experience. I simply drove around the block and backed into a spot. The examiner was my driver trainer. I kinda just want to see how much worse it gets. I have much more to share but I think I'm limited on characters. I had high hopes for the company coming in as a new driver. I honestly think I managed to pick the worst carrier to begin my trucking career. I'm not afraid to post this. I hope someone who can affect change reads this review.
So I quit last week. A contributing factor was the old broken rollers they had available to download the trailers. Overall it was an accumulation of experiences. The culture there can be corrected if enough people cared.

Whoever was pulling trailer 59065 on Feb 4,2023 near the Dayton International Airport turn left from the right lane almost causing a crash. After that, he turned left from the right lane a second time. I guess USA Truck likes to hire ignorant and unsafe steering wheel holders.

This was a good company until they stopped caring about the drivers and only about saving money. This just my opion stay away from this company.

Feb 18,2022. I needed to make an important call to a driver manager at 1: 00am and the phone call was NEVER answered. It's been more than 2 hours and i am still waiting on someone to pick up the call. Even sent a message.nothing. Is the company experiencing hardships, what is going on?
