We were having water in our basement every time it rained. USA Waterproofing came out, assessed the situation, quickly sent out the technicians and had our problem fixed efficiently, professionally and at a reasonable price compared to other companies. We have had some major storms and not once have we had water come back in again. We couldn't be more pleased with this company

The company was professional from beginning to end! Mark, the salesman explained the process and detailed each step. The workers arrived on time and worked to complete the job and cleanup!
I recommend USA Waterproofing to anyone who would like a fair price and great work!

When the man came to check out our basement, I offered him a bandana to cover his face. Instead he turned and left in disgust. I wear a mask to protect others, and I expect others to do the same in my house. I guess he thought that was unreasonable of me.
Update: A company called to apologize. So I changed the rating from a single star to three.

The entire process was smooth and seamless while being completed in a timely manner. Salemsan was very knowledgeable and thorough covering the details of work to be done. Installers were courteous, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Using thus company was a great choice for our needs

I had drain tile put in and the crew was on time and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Unfortunately I also had two walls that needed replacing so a few weeks later another crew came out to rebuild the two walls. Great workers and they are diligent and professional in what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having basement issues. I liked them so much I threw them a pizza party:)

When I called the receptionist was very friendly and worked me in on the same day. Steve came out on a short notice to do an estimate and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. His attention to detail was impeccable and lined up with exactly what our home inspector pointed out. He was able to relay the cause of the foundation cracks to me with ease and provided practical solutions. This was echoed by the references he provided. I would highly recommend USA waterproofing to anyone with basement waterproofing and foundation cracking needs.

Worst experience ever! I had them do my basement in May of this year and I still continued to have leaking after the work was completed. They did not come back to fix the issue until august. I called them repeatedly all summer long to have them fix the issue and every time I was told that someone would get back to me but no one ever did. As a result my basement was an unusable mess all summer long. I finally got someone to come back to my home only after refusing to get off the phone until they scheduled me an appointment. They were trying to blow me off again. After they finally gave me an appointment, they were a no-call, no-show on the date they were supposed to come. I called them and was told that there was a mixup with the schedule and that I would have to be rescheduled again. After all this I never received an apology for what happened and instead they treated me like I was a nuisance every time I contacted them. I regret the day that I agreed to do business with them and I would never recommend them to anyone

I called them in to check water in my basement. Come to find out it wasnt a basement issue at all! They were honest and even gave me advice on what to do and who to call. This is the 2nd time they came to my rescue. 1st time was in a rental unit with drainage issue. It would rain and water would seep in through the intersection of wall and floor. They had to break ut up, but they worked fast, protected my stuff, fixed it and cleaned it all up in one day. Definitely recommend them! No more issues!

VERY BAD SERVICE! After making a down payment for a waterproofing job, I must have called 15 times; always promised a call back that I never received. Salesman gave me contradictory quotes. They made me feel extremely unappreciated as a customer. Steve, the owner, is a nice guy.but he’s running a sloppy, mismanaged operation.

I had my basement waterproofed by this company during the spring this year. With all the rain we had this year I am pleased to say that it wasn't in my basement. GREAT JOB! USA WATERPROOFING. We finally have a dry basement!

Just had an internal draining system and subpump put in and it was done in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and was very clean. Great job!

Quality service. They have helped us out in a time of need more than once! They won't try to upsell you like so many other places. They quoted us for only the wall we needed, and their price was better than the other 2 quotes we got. Since then our wall and yard has been a world of a difference drier! They came and responded quickly, even sending us a detailed description of what they did upon request within the same day. Thank you USA Waterproofing!

Stalking me a year after I told them I was not interested! Calls cell phone with an "unknown" number and then proceeds to ask why I'm not interested. The woman hung up on me when I asked why they keep on calling!
