I worked with Ashley Hastings to buy a car. Ashley was very attentive when we were deciding what type of car to purchase. We test drove about 6 or 7 cars before deciding on one we loved. She worked with us to make sure that we came in at our budget. She even put a full tank of gas in the car we purchased.

Bought a used car here this year, terrible experience w the salesman & sales manager. As soon as we picked up the car it was making noises, (closing time) called in the next morning (Sat), was told to bring it in Monday. When we came in, we were treated like we were annoying them, and they didn’t have time to address our concerns. After a long conversation about integrity w the sales manager, they did take it into service and fixed a few of our complaints. When we took it to the Subaru dealer (bc it was still making noises) across the road a few weeks later, we were told it had a cracked head gasket, $4k repair, and needed new tires and alignment $810. We had just paid $20k for this used car! Please do your due diligence and maybe shop in a place that has integrity.

Well, the dealership was helpful to work with and easy to work with and several hours later, we purchased a car to the tune of over $13,000. This car allegedly went through an inspection only five months ago! Today, I find out it needed a new starter after it broke down on the highway at 10 PM with my daughter inside at night (in a bad area of town) to the tune of $700. That makes my used 2012 Honda Civic only almost $14,000. That’s unacceptable and I feel a tad bit ripped off by this dealership. I hope they can give me a good explanation
