4A Financial institution where no one answers your phone call.you get a voicemail that repeats and repeats and repeats and you have no options. What a joke
Terrible experience. I was overdrafted by $10 and they took out another $100 for no reason. Also takes money out for no reason and makes me pay the price
Terrible. They are constantly messing up. They have deposited my checks into my brothers account somehow and have failed to switch the user permissions on my card so I was stranded when travelling even though I confirmed it with them several times before leaving. They have also used Covid as an excuse to restrict their hours so if I ever need to go in, I cannot.
They bent over backwards to help me resolve a password issue between their website and app. They even got tech support to speak to me personally.
