This company does not pay their bills. Ken talks a big game and then doesn't pay. Ken is a shady guy to do business with.

He is just lying to try to cover it up, but you'll figure this out on your own that ken is a lying person if you wish to deal with him. Ken tries to blame others for his own problems. I am wondering why Ken calls me and text me and says "If I pay my bill will you take the negative review down. " Well if you would just pay your bills to begin with you wouldn't have to worry about negative reviews.
