Very patient with me when I wasn’t sure of what to do when I started my small business. He walked me through everything and made sure we were both on the same page without moving too fast.

This is my 2nd year going to VL James, he was referred to me by a co worker. I was very pleased with his knowledge and he's a super nice Guy, I will only ever go to see him for my tax needs.

Victor has been handling my business and personal taxes for 4 years now. Setting up my S-corp was super easy and I've learned SO many great tips on bookkeeping and taxes from him over the years. He always explains things in ways that non-finance professionals can understand, and welcomes questions (even the dumb ones). I highly recommend his services.

I sent this firm my information two months ago for personal and business tax filings. On the phone I was told by Victor that he could help me get things set up the right way in my business. I explained that I've had several accountants tell me that but have yet to do it. Victor said not to worry, he's the one to sort things out. He said he'd set me up in a portal he has and also set me up on payroll so I don't have to pay quarterly estimated taxes. I appreciated that and felt like I had chosen the right person for the job.

Last month I called to check the status of my return because I'd heard nothing from them. I was told during that call there were a couple things missing that they needed. Why didn't they tell me that? I sent it to them immediately. His office sent an immediate confirmation of receipt of the email and responded that they would be contacting me shortly.

Two more weeks passed with no contact. I emailed to check the status of the return at that point. I've gotten no response at all. No portal. No payroll setup. In the initial phone call, Victor mentioned a window of opportunity to file an amended return for a previous year. That was missed. Now we're halfway through 2023. Moving on to find someone to do the work this firm promised to do.

This was our first time using a CPA and Victor was amazing. He explains everything in detail, answers any questions you have and goes above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of CPA services. Give him a call.you won't be sorry.
