VALERO, Mansfield OH

They have ok food and other odds and ends needed for truckers and four wheelers but as truckers if your stopping to use the restroom be prepared to purchase something. They now have keyed locks on the restrooms and have signs posted saying no public restroom. I used to stop here to grab food every now and then but sometimes I would stop just because they have a restroom and somewhere for me to park my semi but now I can't do that without buying something every time.

Always really friendly staff a lot of cool stuff in there for just a gas station and they keep it clean and there ain't a lot of riff Raff

Nicest girls in the world. I go there every morning, easy in easy out. They also have breakfast pizza ready at 7am.

First and foremost they sold me a hide vape pen that was one used and two not even the flavor in the container. Was supposed to be spearmint, no it was lush ice and is also not supposed to run out in a day thanks a lot you're gross I'm glad I don't live anywhere near you. PS I would do no stars but it won't allow me. Funniest part about it is is I used it anyway cuz I didn't want to waste my money they charged me like 30 bucks for it

Hostile employees, just want to ignore you and/or give you severe ATTITUDES! Especially the black lady. Has no idea what she is doing but thinks that she does. If something doesn't go her way, then the customer is the problem. Very poor food handling. Will handle food after handling money. The other employees try to make an effort with proper food care and handling.

This place has no restrooms for customers or warm food Like they say they do and it’s just like scattered doesn’t have a lot to offer …. I guess this Valero just wants to sell gas and diesel and I couldn’t even throw away my trash cause the trash cans where full like if they don’t clean them often. Just raggedy small “Truck Stop” that doesn’t offer all the necessity’s

Guy at register made my uncomfortable and then followed me out side to make a sense never shopping Here ever again such disrespectful to officers, and police officers he need fired 100% and foul language in front of children

They want to sell food and be a truck stop but they won't let you use the restrooms! There too lazy to clean them! They charge you whatever they want because it inconvenient to scan items, you never know what you will have to pay! Also the Diesel is awful quality there, the last company I worked at fleet department said to avoid it, any truck fueled up there regularly had problems

Don’t waste your time coming here after 10pm. The bathroom is closed. This is a total disrespect towards the customers

This place has the rudest worker I've EVER encountered in my whole life. She's hostile, hateful and lazy. She intentionally will walk away from the register when she sees certain people coming, KNOWING we are on our breaks or going to work. She refuses to cash lottery tickets wether it's $1 or $50. She acts like she's a good person, but, she's just a cruel poor excuse for a person who is supposed to be hospitable. You have certainly lost the business of at LEAST 20 people, and more to come. Corey, they young man on 3rd, however, he is an amazing person. VERY kind, helpful and pleasant to deal with. He makes sure there's food made fresh in the mornings, AND he makes sure all the items he knows people buy are stocked. He even goes as far as getting things like cigarettes ready when he sees us coming in. Take notes, folks... He's set the bar, THEN, EXCEEDED IT!

We stopped and got gas here on a road trip and everything went fine. We got gas at the pump so no employee interaction, but the place was clean and the card reader worked just fine.

Good service, sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not the greatest, but i do enjoy all the options they give when it comes to quick convenient food.

A couple nights ago after work I stopped by to get $10 of gas to tide me over until morning when I’d get paid. It was like 9: 30pm and the lady inside said “we close in 15 minutes when I walked in. ” I asked her if I could get gas and held up my cash and she said, “We close in 15 minutes I can’t do anything, ” and then turned around and continued to talk on her phone. When I left, some other people had gone in and she was checking them out when I drove by the doors. The employees here are usually rude as all get out, with the occasional nice one. I plan on just driving the extra few minutes to the BP from now on.

This place was a really grate place but now there food is always about empty for the hot food ways and thay stop giving out advances to drivers and the staff is rude
