A fantastic experience from start to finish! Robert is very helpful and patient, and took all the time we needed to go over how the bikes work, what trails we wanted to take, anything we asked about. Cruising and peddling through CVNP was beautiful! So much fun - I wanted to do this all the way from CLE to Akron!

E-bikes were super fun. Reviews are spot on. Robert was great with instruction, maps, helmets and routes. He even assisted when we were on the trails for best routes. As a cycling enthusiast, my first time on e-bike was a great experience. Cuyahoga was a perfect place for cruising. And his location means you can leave the car at the property and cruise right to the park, no worries about crowded lots.

It was sooo fun and the price was perfect! The owner takes exceptional care of his bikes. He showed us how to use them and gave us a map, and even highlighted a few different routes depending on what kind of ride we wanted to take and what sights we wanted to see! We will definitely be back!

Perhaps most important, their bikes were seriously great. I mean, they looked brand spanking new and you could tell they were well taken care of. They were in tip-top shape and worked like a charm. No complaints there!

Now, let me talk about the customer service. These guys are absolute pros. Being a family-owned business, they really went out of their way to make sure my whole clan had a blast. They were super friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. It's like we were part of their family too!

Now, get this: one of our riders had a little accident (oops!). But guess what? The owner to the rescue! They used GPS to track down the fallen rider and their bike. Can you believe it? They swooped in, gave them a lift back to the shop, and took care of everything. Talk about going above and beyond!

You will definitely enjoy yourself if you rent from valley bike rental. The customer service you will receive is always professional courteous and prompt. I had so much fun the first time that I had to come back two more times within a week so I could share the experience with friends. You can ride for hours and still not get to experience all the bike trails that are available for you to ride on. The bikes are always clean and well maintenanced. And there is always a few different selection of bikes to choose from. I saw four deer within 20 minutes of riding on of my first day. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. You will definitely be missing out on a once in a lifetime experience if you pass up the chance of renting a bike from valley bike rental.

I’m not an experienced bicyclist so I was just looking for a bike rental and to cruise around some trails. The bikes are so fun and great to ride and you can go for hours without even getting tired. Prices are super reasonable and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Had an amazing time! Trails were right next door!
