So 20 something years ago Valley Framing made a display case for a very heavy artifact of mine and after all these years it fell and busted the display case so we called and Susan Snyder said bring it in for her to look at it. She not only repaired the case but didn’t charge anything for the repair. In the cross stitch world you hear a lot of horror stories on how pieces have been damaged by framers claiming to be experts in needleworks, but rest assured Valley framing in NOT one of those framers.
