3Valley Kitchen Designs did my families Kitchen and we couldn't be any happier. Great customer service and product. It was an awesome experience from the design to the install. You won't find a better group to handle your kitchen. We highly recommend them.
I love the design of my custom kitchen cabinets, but now six months after install I have some concerns. I emailed the Valley Kitchen, and have had zero response. The inset panels on the cabinet faces have developed separations deep enough to recess a skewer. It catches all kinds of crumbs and debris. It's becoming a challenge to keep them clean.
The lack of response from Valley Kitchen is disappointing, and irritating.
**Update: I got a hold of Shawn 4/18. He claimed that nothing came through from my Website email posts. He did not offer any solutions for my concerns, but said he would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. Had I known that the customer service would be so poor, I would have insisted on using a different custom cabinet provider. It's too bad, because I need an additional cabinet for my mudroom. In the mean time, I will continue to clean out the crevices' with a skewer or putty knife.
***Update: Here we are one month later, and we have yet to hear back from Shawn. If this is your choice of cabinet makers, be aware that customer service is NOT their priority. There are plenty of Amish custom cabinet makers in NE Ohio, find one that stands behind their product.

Update: Shawn more than came through for us by sending Drew out to look at our cabinets. There is nothing we can do to minimize the gap in the cabinet and drawer faces. That said, we ordered an additional wall of cabinets, and again, Drew came out after install and showed me how to adjust the drawers height. He is a pleasure to work with, and the cabinets look great.
Great quality, beautiful cabinets! Very professional, and responsive to your needs and show up when they say they will.
