Valley Pool & Spa - St Clairsville, OH

The associate was courteous and knowledgeable. She told me and showed me what I needed to get my spa up and running. She gave me explicit instructions and told me to return with a water sample for testing. Excellent experience.

Jerry, did a great job of taking care of us! He was honest, polite, & helpful in helping us make a decision on which hot tub would work for us. He comes highly recommended!

Very helpful, informative and friendly staff. They carry a variety of products for pools and spas. I also noticed as I was leaving the store the infrared saunas on display. I could use this for sure great way to relieve and de-tox the body sweat it out!

Terrible that they will install a pool, leave it leaking and say they aren’t responsible for it leaking. Shoddy work. Advice: Do your homework before ordering from them. Shameful. Disgusting.

Here is my review of my horrible experience as of August 15th 2022.
Purchased the pool May 20th
Site inspection June 15th
Pool drop off June 18th
POOL INSTALL JULY 30th
Had to return for leaks July 31, Aug 1, Aug 2 and the last one Aug 4th. No one came to fix the Aug 4 leak so by Aug 8th the pipe completely broke in half, causing me to lose several inches of water. For some reason the installer hard plumbed my equipment-above ground pools should never be hard plumbed because it has to be taken apart to store for winter. It is now Aug 15th and installer hasn’t returned to fix it nor is he returning my messages.
I will never spend one more dollar at Valley Pools. I’ve asked for someone “in charge” to call me & have never gotten a call. Complete waste of my time, sanity & money. I paid someone to fix it for me today (took him maybe 15 minutes), so now I hope I can get some use out of this pool before summer ends. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
