Valley Storage - North Ridgeville

The manager, Michelle, was extremely kind and made it very easy to book a storage unit. I also appreciated the online interface that showed available units and the size measurements. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Valley Storage and recommend to others.

The representative that was working the afternoon I went in for the first time was super friendly and incredibly helpful. What a wonderful first impression of valley storage.

Customer service is OK and it has a good location close to main roads. New ownership took over about 2-3 years ago and the rent is already almost 100% up but still the property is falling apart. They are monopolizing all the storages in the area so no much the customer can do.

Michelle the manager was super helpful. The spaces are clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice for a storage place. But better having a flat cart to help move some stuff and a big bay door to get a uhaul up closer to our storage unit was a big added bonus. I know where I'm going if I need to store my stuff again

I recently moved from CubeSmart to this facility after renting with CubeSmart for over three years. I have an indoor unit, which I use primarily for business.

Valley has recently opened new or renovated indoor units that are priced exceedingly competitively with other area storage places. The facilities are kept clean and temperature controlled, and all maintenance is done in a timely manner.

Usually there are two staff members in the office during business hours. I have had the pleasure of resolving two fairly complicated issues that were because of a previous rental that was unrelated to this location with the on-site staff. Staff was timely, helpful, and above all, honest in providing resolution.

I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking an affordable and well-serviced storage solution in the North Ridgeville area.

When O got there she impressed me even more with the tour I got and her obvious pride and enthusiasm about her employers.
