Called to advise me of arrival time, due to late addition to his ride, but he made sure I knew and arrived with a very clean car versus the van I rode over in.
Very personable driver, great conversation and again very clean car

Update 10/26/2023 notice how they don't deny it or try to make it right.
Incompetent, Didn't pay me for the work I did.
Worked for this company a couple of days I quit because they gave me a van to drive with a bolted in seat that wasn't adjustable and my legs were cramping up. Wouldn't let me switch vans and couldn't drive with my legs cramping up. They never paid me so I had labor board investigate it and it turned out the direct deposit information was wrong. Called them several times and was told payroll would call me back. Spent hours trying to get paid for the couple of days I worked for them. Can't stop thinking about how they screwed me out of the money even though it was only a hundred dollars so I decided to post this review instead of follow up and probably spend more money than they owe me on a lawyer. I already had to pay taxes on this income and since I used a tax service had to pay extra money to file the tax form for a contractor job. So I paid to work at this job, I made a negative income. Hoping to dissuade people doing business with people who don't have a competent team of employees to fix a simple correction in payroll.

This company started off good but now they are showing their true colors. They were over an hour and a half late dropping my son off at home. No one called or communicated with me about how late they would be. I was surely panicking and then they don’t answer the phones or call back. I had to drive up to the office just to track someone down. This company surely needs to do better with their communication when they have someone’s child. Unacceptable

So very upset. This company is something else. So with that being said, if I can give No Stars, I would but unfortunately I have to give them something.
Where shall I start? Let's see
1. They are never on time.
Many missed doctor appointments due to a No Call/No Show driver
2. Customer service person (s) never put in the information for the appts, or for a pickup/drop off. Just real horrible service.
Except for a few drivers, some drivers are very professional but there are those who don't need to work with the public.
People are tired of rescheduling their appointments and losing their doctors due to too many missed appointments.
Ridiculous.

Well, that's my rant

Horrible customer service, and I wasnt even the one using the service. Was calling in for this lady because she was supposed to get picked up at 3. It was 3: 40 when I first called and got ahold of someone (finally) they put me on hold and hung up. The 2nd time I called the person on the phone said they would be there in 15 minutes (4pm) 20 minutes past 4 and still nobody. I called in again and asked where the driver is. I got put on hold AGAIN, then called back on a different phone because they stopped answering my business phone, but answered right away when I used my personal phone. The lady did end up getting picked up at 4: 30, an hour 1/2 after her scheduled time. You are better off using uber/lyft instead of this transporting service

D. J was very nice and respectful and made the ride not only fun but safe. One of my best rides since I started taking valley transportation honestly. Really appreciate how kind he was and he’s my only driver whom called and told me when he would be there to pick me up unlike others. Thanks D. J hope to see you again

Had a good ride with Dj. He was very courteous and helpful. Definitely earned his stars. Would love to ride with him again.

DJ was very pleasant, we had great intellectual conversations and very respectful. I would love to have him as a driver again.

I call and had they hang up on me, the one lady is very rude I had to schedule two rides too to different Drs she told me I had to call back I ask for a supervisor she hung up on me I try the whole trying to get rides set up they would not answer. I call them to talk about the issue as requested in their response to my post.it's now 9/29/2023 no call back I left info and phone numberI guess they don't want to know what goes on, What has happened to customer service?

Valley transportation has been the best non emergency medical transportation company in Cincinnati ohio. My driver Jessica is a very good defensive driver and just an awesome woman all around. I definitely recommend this company and also her as a driver

Dj was very nice called ahead of time car was very clean he wasn’t on the phone and I loved everything about my ride vip treatment
