I verified with the pre- delivery personnel the number of chairs that need to be delivered and yet it was short of one chair on the day of the delivery.

My review is specifically geared towards the consultant that helped me. Ms. Lori Mitchell, she was very knowledgeable about what was on the floor. When I entered the store I didn’t have to track someone down, she was very kind and efficient. She knew exactly what piece I was referring to when I described a dining room table I had seen a few weeks prior. She was able to take me directly to it even though it was not in the same area it was in when I seen it before. She explained the shipping situation and the difference between the 2 warranties perfectly, extensively but not to the point of boring me lol just enough to make me add the warranty lol. My experience at this location was totally different than my prior visits 100% due to me being lucky enough to get Ms. Mitchell as my sales consultant. She was even patient enough to let me call my sister so she could be involved with our purchase (because she was at work) which was appreciated. You have a good one on your hands Value City and she is a great representation of your company. It may seem that I’m laying it on kind of thick, but furniture shopping has been a nitemare as of late and I was provided with a pleasant experience at your store that day and it was much appreciated!

Historically my trips to VCF have been hit or miss. However in the last couple years, I have experienced an improvement in the quality of furniture, the ease and helpfulness of the sales staff as well as the efficiency, speed and care of the delivery and assembly team. And this isn’t just with one of the stores; I’ve been having great experiences with several stores. Thanks for the great products and responsive customer service!

I purchased a sectional and upon delivery there was a problem with the stitching unravled on the sofa. I called value city and they replaced the sofa with no problem!

Tyrone and his team were friendly, and super efficient with the delivery of our furniture. They even helped adjust the furniture a different way when needed!

Bill and Cori called in the morning and told me their ETA. They arrived when they said they would and were friendly and very fast. I am extremely happy with my furniture and they were efficient at setting it up as well as careful.

The delivery was fine but they came earlier than the time I was told. When I said this he said, " I just called you and told you that we were coming early. " My phone was on my charger because it was DEAD. He didn't have to lie, all he had to say was that they were running ahead of schedule. He was arguing with me about the phone call.

Wow! Very happy to have Jose and carlos deliver my furniture. They worked as a team, they were very careful and took their time to assemble all the furniture. They answered all my questions and explained to me how to disassemble in case of a move. I hope they will deliver my dinning set which am planning to buy in future. Thanks jose and carlos my living room is fabulous!

Fantastic service! Bill and his team were so knowledgeable and friendly and took great care setting up my new couch and mattress! I have a bed frame coming soon and I definitely hope they’re the ones to deliver that too!

We had a sectional and coffee table delivered and Bill was awesome; he called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, protected the doorways and setup our sectional. Bill explained how it worked and encouraged us to call if we had any issues, concerns or questions. Amazing service, thank you Bill and VCF!

Jose and Carlos delivered our furniture today to our new apartment in Columbus Ohio. They delivered within the time window given to us. They were both very professional, hard working and efficient. Today we had service guys Lotfi & Ali visited us for a service and we are extremely pleased with their service especially after receiving a horrible and pathetic service from their delivery guy Syed after the sales lady Grace messed up my order at Polaris location in Columbus, OH a week ago. Tyrone's team were very professional and curtious. Tyrone even went far beyond his duties by replacing a broken floor lamp later in the day.the original lamp was damaged.but instead of me having to wait for another delivery date, he came back at the end of his shift and assembled the new lamp for me. His assistant Shawn was also very professional and curtious! I have another shipment of fruniture to be delivered in a few weeks, can you send both Tyrone and Shawn for that deliver?

Tyrones team was quick, professional, and friendly. They installed our new furniture in a half an hour! Five Stars will be continuing to order from VCF.
