I was looking for a desk for a small space and I was having trouble finding the best one. Jayme at the boardman location was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find the ideal desk which fit into my space perfectly.
I will be coming back to shop in boardman at value city with Jayme for the rest of my small space needs.

Quality inventory. We were greeted promptly when we entered. We told what we were looking for and they directed to what we needed to see. The best part is we weren’t hounded and harassed as we shopped. They gave us space to take our time and decide what we wanted. Very satisfied! The gentleman who helped us was Bob. He was great.

Terrible place. Do not get a delivery. I didn't! Lousy customer service. Spent 3000 dollars. Never again! They sat in my driveway while my friend sat and waited. They said no one was home. Called store. Morons answered. Basically too bad they aren't coming back. Wasted all my time and effort on a garbage store. Never go there!
Kelley and jarel were quick and flawless. They were meticulous in placing furniture and sure not to bump or ruin any areas around when bringing furniture in the house. Clean up was fantastic! Thank you!

This is the WORSE experience I’ve ever had with a furniture company. I purchased a 600 mirror it was delivered to the store in Boardman on may 24. I was not able to pick it up within the two day window so THEY sold the mirror. I’ve been given 3 other dates on when the mirror was being delivered and nothing they put the blame on the distribution center and a new system program. I talked to DAN the manager several times and he spoke to me like as if it’s a oh well situation and couldn’t guarantee me anything Other then they will take my money but could Not guarantee me when my mirror would be in. My mirror was supposed to be delivered today and I called to verify since they hadn’t called me AND of course NO mirror they pushed the date to aug 5, again with no guarantee. At this point I want my money back, and take a guess I have to WAIT FOR THAT TOO. I will be telling everyone I know at my company about this horrible experience with value city.
