I want to 1st note that my experience in store with Collin was great as well as the delivery guys. The 1 star is for the experience as a whole. Day 1 the recliner squeeked and made crackling sounds like a old chair or maybe the new wood needs to "break in", I don't know. The model instore didn't make any noises. I called customer service same day chair was delivered 10/26 and was told that I will receive a call to schedule service as there is a 1yr manufacturer warranty. I called back the next day 10/27 and was told a 3rd party will call in 3-5 business days. It's 10/31, still no calls. On the receipt it states that you can return up to 7 days after delivery, which is 11/2. This really feels like a scam because they take more than 7 days to even contact you. I feels like they are purposely taking their time, I would not be surprised if they decide to call on the 8th day. I regret that I went to this location or Value City as a whole. I will never do business with them again.

We went to VCF on West Broad and were helped by Haitham Almashahreh, he was wonderful! He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and it was cheaper than we were expecting. Go check them out!

They were exceptional. Andy helped us get what we loved and wanted with no issues. Even waited for us to get our truck in order to take what we could the same day. Financing was easy and we were in and out in just an hour time. Loaded up and gone within 5 minutes.

After unpacking my matress, I did discover a small hole on the matress itself which is disappointing but happens. Which does not take away from the experience, a bit. But would still recommend.
