This is the third time we came in to buy a new couch. We were really undecided about which one we wanted, but our sales woman Mary-Margaret Brewer, was absolutely phenomenal. She had a lot of patience and know how. She was able to answer all our questions (and trust me we had a lot) and get us a fair price. We purchased a new couch and we couldn’t be happier with our wonderful buying experience.

My family’s terrible experience.
I mean absolutely, I hope this never happens to anyone ever in their life. We have been robbed. I never thought it could happen like this, but it is, and I am in shock.
We decided on our sectional. Sales person had a talk with manager to get a discount and make it work. My wife and I asked her 3-4 times if it is for sure that price, for the sectional and swivel chair. I mean truly, made sure it was, made sure and asked her multiple times if this is 100% what were getting. She said yes every time and assured me all is good. We had delays, but that’s okay, it happens.
We come to finally pick up the sectional (not the swivel chair) and the loader tells me it’s only “2” pieces and not the full sectional. I ask for a manager. Like anyone would.
This witch comes out and basically calls me a liar, I try to explain the sales person and manager on floor assured me of my deal. She goes on, I am combative (obviously) because we know what we was told and agreed upon. She wouldn’t call the sales person, manager at time, or GM. I explain it’s just not right and we need to make it right and figure out the problem. She instead starts screaming, tells me to back away and I have to leave immediately and threatens to calls the cops, and makes an almost amusing, but insanely dramatic scene. So I told Her I’m not leaving until I figure out who lied, why they lied, and how it’s fixed. We’ve been almost 3 months, and I never believed it would end like this.
Keep in mind, my last experience with VCF was phenomenal! But this, oh my god. Never again.
I will not stop until I get what my hard working dollar actually paid for. And the lady who sold it to me knows, and the manager. Even her employees were in distraught with her disrespectful actions. This may not go for all store, or all employees. In the end, she sss screaming she is canceling my whole order, “I’m screwed” after I explain it’s my wife’s favorite one and blah blah. And is practically being a smart alic and laughing at me.
Of course, I’d asked, they will deny it all.
But if they check cameras from date of purchase 7/21 they will see me physically making the notion implying the whole sectional, and the sales person saying yes. I you will see head nods in every correct manner in which back my story. And to top it off, you will see as of 10/7/23 the cameras show the lack of sanity with the “manager” today.
But this insane lady at Florence VCF will not be let off. I look forward to hearing from corporate.
Mr. Morrison (GM) also finally got called and cussed me to leave his store and that he didn’t care about my purchase, family, or current struggle they’ve put me in.

We bought a matching living room double recliner couch and love seat at which it took 4 weeks to get just one piece instock and delivered. The other matching piece which was the couch was supposed to be delivered by 9-16 of course was ordered 2.5 months ago and just got an email that it may not be here until 9-29 and god knows when the delivery would show, I will cancel the second order, and to VC we will now have an unmatching set. Funny part of all this is that 2.5 months ago they charged us on our card for 2 pieces when they only have access to sell and deliver 1 piece, such a bad company to deal with, NEVER AGAIN B. Moore

Came in to have a look on the Labor day weekend sale, and left with a large sectional couch, ottoman, and a large armchair. The sales staff gave us all of the time we needed, and were ecstatic to hear we were paying cash. The delivery was on time and couldn't have gone smoother.
