The headboard was too large to fit up my stairwell. I requested the team leave it downstairs but take the remaining items upstairs. One of the gentleman did not want to take the rest of the bedframe upstairs. He said if he wasn't putting it together he wasn't going to take it upstairs. I had to demand he did so and he finally complied. At that time he was disgruntled and retreated to the vehicle and did not return, leaving the remaining 2 gentleman the rest do so alone. The other 2 were very professional but I was taken back by the one guys behavior. My husband came home and got the headboard upstairs and our the bed together himself

Purchased table, delivered team cracked it. Had to bring another one. Well the second one the base is chipped. Service man comes to service it and gives me a brown marker and says oh just color that in. Absolutely not I didn’t chip the base it was brought to my home like this so I want a new one because I purchased it new. The store never answers the phone. When they answer the phone they are rude and they hang up and never call you back. I’m so disappointed because I purchased out of mentor store but had to be delivered from Richmond store and I absolutely dislike this store which is the reason why I didn’t purchase from this store.

Today was the first day in seven years I shopped at value city furniture and I received the best customer service from Derronda Wallace. She greeted us with a cheerful hello how can I help you today. I told her I needed a recliner and gave her the features I was looking for. She brought me to a chocolate power recliner and I loved it! She mentioned financing and I was approved! Regina at Acceptance Now was extremely helpful. My experience was very pleasant on the first day I spring. Sincerely Annette and Malaika!

When I ordered the sofa, they gave me a delivery date of March 13th. They cancelled the day before because something happened and the sofa did not arrive at the warehouse in time to deliver on March 13th. When I listened to the voicemail, and found out that they could not deliver until April 7th, I was not a happy camper. The person who answered the phone said that she just saw that it could be delivered on March 20th, today. I had already taken the old sofa out and it would have been an inconvenience to wait an additional three weeks. I was glad that they only delayed it a week.

I have been shopping at Value City Furniture at the Richmond Road Location for 4 years off and on and my experience has been amazing. Eula has been my sales person and she is a phenomenal person. She is very professional, patience and friendly. She helps you find what you came into the store for without standing? ‍️ over your shoulder. Eula is the type of sales person you want helping you. I look for her everytime I come in. Eula deserve a raise, please give her one and also recognize her for all that she does. She is a value sales person. God Bless You Eula! Percent.

The delivery team that deliver my bedroom set on Saturday, March 27th beyond awesome.
Norman, Marcus and Curtis were so professional and respectful in every way. They placed everything where I asked them to and when I needed something put in a different spot they did it without hesitation. They were great.
Please give each one of them a raise. I want them to be my delivery team forever. Norman, Marcus and Curtis I really appreciated you guys so much. Be Blessed! And I pray that Value City Furniture don't take you guys for granted. You should be recognize and appreciated for all that you do for that company. I pray that God bless each of you without measure.

Very horrible experience and what a waste of time and money. Worst businesses practice ever.
We bought a living room set and waited for almost 3 months and we even paid for home installment and delivery.
When the date came, I took a day off from my job and waited at my home but they never showed up and I tried calling the customer service where I was on waiting for almost an hour to discover that the delivery date is after another 3 months. Moreover, when I insisted that today is my date, they told me that we gave your set for someone else who probably paid more and simply told me either to wait another 3 months or to get your refund.

Please don't even take the risk of buying anything from this company.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Value City! Isaac greeted me right away and was very helpful while I selected various items. He was kind, professional, and took the time to really price out my all of my furniture options. While I mixed and matched so many pieces, Isaac priced out all options so patiently. Thanks to the help I received from Isaac, I walked out with a gorgeous new dining room set!

I had to deal with an awesome salesperson, Debbie, she walked me thought the whole process and explained well the delivery process. I recommend Debbie to anyone I know and anyone that comes to the store.

My experience at this Value City location was amazing. Brittany P was so helpful and she made my experience of having to start over in a whole new apartment from scratch really easy! She was patient and gave her opinion on things that made it easier for me as well. Will be back to work with her and buy from this location all the time!

Some pieces were nice, not most things we wanted proces on had no proces attached to the items. 4 different sales people see my husband and I, and none of them bothersb to say hi to us let alone ask if we needed any help or had any questions. Will not be going back.

This is a great location for affordable, but quality furniture. Ask for salesperson, Jason Abernathy. He is awesome! He provides excellent customer service, and is not pushy like so many salespeople can be. He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable.

I bought a mattress and an remote adjustable base from VCF. Robert Gonzalez was our salesman and he answered all our questions, didn’t make us feel pressured to buy, listened to what we wanted and helped us find it. It was a great experience and I will go back to VCF when I get my furniture set. He was more than knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service.
