I have worked on trucks for40 years, they stripped out my oil plug, put a new 1 that leaks and told me it was a rear main seal which would leak at the bottom. Of the transmission, they just cover their ass for their mistake

Loce not having to ger put of your car. They show you your filters so you can make a more educated decision on whether to replace or not. They show you the oil level after the change. Just makes you feel more certain and secure about the services they provide you. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for in service and convenience.
