They usually do a great job. This last time I went through, they took my air filter out to try and sell me on a new one. I declined. Driving home, my car was insanely loud. When checking under the hood at home, I saw that they didn't close my filter cover all the way.

I have been coming to this location for years. I am never pressured into any extras. Every employee treats me well and are friendly and polite! The best experience every time!

Please to all customers dont go to vavoline none of the locations they mess up cars if you have been to any of these quick lube places go get a better check and be patient before you rush in for them to tear you vehicle up and this is what i have experienced

Great folks there at this site. My only criticism is they will try to get you to spend way more money on a rear differential fluid change.

When I filled my gas tank I noticed my front tire was almost flat. I have MS and can't fill my tires with air. I was afraid I'd ruin my tire. It was around 8 pm and very dark and rainy. I drove to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, waited a short time in line. Even though I'd never been there before the kind young man checked all of my tires and inflated them to the proper pressure. He didn't charge me anything. I REALLY Appreciated his help. ️

This is my first time going to Valvoline and I have say I had a great experience! Jason was very helpful in explaining everything. There’s a Valvoline app with discounts! I got an oil change, lights fixed and transmission fluid - really quick service (less than 1hour). And I love it that you can stay in your car! Jason and the team were very nice and worked great together to get you done quickly. Definitely coming back!

Lineup behind each bay did not seem fair since I moved ahead of two other cars. Up selling seemed a little bit overwhelming.

Always fast. Always courteous. Had a leak one time but they discovered that the drain plug was stripped and needed a larger plug. So, they put one in for me and made a note in their system and I've never had a leak again. All my cars go here and I'm always pleased.

I went in and got an oil change today on October 24th 3m and had a great experience. I was able to pull right in even with a couple other customers there and get out within 20 minutes. I had to work at 5pm and was home before 4pm and didn’t have to rush at all. I have an 07 Honda that I just bought in May that is in pretty good shape and I know my way around cars, I use to change my own oil on my 02 ford ranger, It’s a little harder to do it in a Honda. I had a minor issue with the oil valve and they had no problem putting a solid temporary patch for me that will be good until my next or maybe the 2nd oil change after today. The guy who changed my oil was able to explain it well and even told me how to get it fixed for free and how it’s a common problem in older Honda’s. Also, the guy who did all the computer work was super friendly and got me in and out. He also showed me a way to get an extra 5$ off with another text code, so this really didn’t break the bank at all. Also one of the other techs showed me how to reset the oil light on my dashboard. Thank you and I definitely will be back. Also it was cool having the camera under the car to be able to see the oil being changed and exactly what they were doing.

I'm not from Ohio so when my car which had an oil leak started acting up I pulled in to see how much it would cost to top off my oil. I was worried that they might not be on the same system my valvaline was on.
They did a full check and topped my oil off for free!

I felt like I was being serviced by a pit crew. This team was efficient and I could tell I was being provided safe service. Jack was friendly and helpful, and he and his team work quickly like a well oiled machine. I wouldn’t call their service cheap by any means but the price was worth the peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands.

Quick service, very friendly, try to upsell a bunch of stuff every time. Better experiences when Asst Managers work on car versus some of the regular staff. Pretty pricey, but you're paying for the speed/convenience. Always pull up an online coupon while there for $5 - $10 off.

Good value with coupons, very professional. However I'm dropping from 4 to 3 stars, because 2 days after my visit, I noticed one of my tires was very low. It turns out 3 were about 10psi low, and 1 was over 20psi low. I highly doubt that there is a neighborhood tire pressure bandit, and Valvoline definitely was messing with the tires, supposedly inflating them. I just had another place do that 2 months ago, so I don't think they were low before, either. If they were Valvoline should have caught and fixed that. Someone made a mistake.

I had all my scheduled services done. When they did the radiator flush and fill, they apparently took a hose off and lost the clamp because it had been replaced with a non-standard clamp. Then they put the radiator cap and the overflow cap on backwards, which caused over heating and a world of headache trying to figure out why. And in the process my radiator cracked at the overflow hose connection. So now I have had to pay for figuring out why the truck was overheating and getting a new radiator. I tried to contact the manager but got no response. Fortunately I know a little about cars and I have a reliable friend /mechanic. I could have easily been told I had a blown head gasket causing the over heating.

On 06/12/19 while having my vehicle serviced at the Anderson location one of the technicians inadvertently damaged the air filter assembly unit on my vehicle. The technician brought it to my attention about the damage. I filed a claim with Valvoline and was contacted by the store manager Nick Znamenacek the next day. Mr. Znamenacek advised me that I would be refunded the cost of the oil change as well as refunding me the cost of replacing the damaged part. I received the refund check for the oil change in only two days and received the check for replacement part in five days. Mr. Znamenacek and his staff were very professional and responded promptly in resolving my vehicle issue. Thank you.
