Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Centerville OH

I've been taking my 3 cars here for a few years now. They have always been on time, professional and have a great work atmosphere. The gentlemen there are just amazing. I don't mind paying a bit extra to have them service all my vehicles, especially if Brandon is your CSR. He's very knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend!

The guys from this place are sooo knowledgeable for the car needs and reasonable when it comes to the cost too. Had an oil change for BMW and they provided very good service.

Knowledgeable staff. Prices were higher than usual though which was a bit frustrating considering alot of places are still closed for oil changes

The people who work here go above an beyond. My wife's car ran out of gas and two guys, Cody and Tom pushed her in. The best thing is they even got her gas and paid for it as well. Very appreciated and will be coming back for sure and recommend to anyone.

This place is expensive but worth it. When I pulled up I was greeted and everyone super hard working especially Nick. Didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything and they help me find a coupon to save money. Will be coming back here for sure

First time at this location. I typically go to the one closer to my house. They did not put my air-box back together correctly, and my air filter was not sealing at all! Called to let them know. They made note of it and are "sending me a discount coupon". I'm just glad this wasn't my wife's car, or someone who doesn't pay as much attention to odd sounds on their vehicle. I hope this don't end up costing me a turbo

The manager who kept bragging he had been there since 2005 would not listen to me. Was rude. Told him I wanted tire pressure checked and oil changed. Kept trying g to sell me everything he had. I doubt I will go back. The young fellow doing the work was fabulous. Had a $25 coupon but even semisynthetic was way to expensive. Going back to walmart

Very quick oil changing service and very great customer service. I parked at the side parking lot to do a review while I was there and a young guy came over to make sure things were ok with my car. Told him everything was fine. XD

I was able to use a coupon that knocked a good amount off the oil change and they checked/topped off all the fluids that needed filled. Checked tire pressure and if the tires needed air. Had my oil filter changed. Good service.

Fast and professional. Valvoline does a great job. More expensive than I prefer, but it's reasonable with the online coupon

I come here every time i need my oil changed and everyone is always soooo nice.there have been two times i’ve come here just because i had questions about my car and they fix them and help me with a smile and are so sweet.

What a dismal experience. All these positive reviews must be fake. They tried to sell me all sorts of extras as "you might have a big problem" sort of sales push. Attitudes like a bunch of teenage used car dealers - disrespectful and not professional. I checked my oil the next day and found they'd filled it to just over the low line.saved themselves almost a quart of oil. Decided to now change the oil myself and found the oil plug rounded off due to these geniuses not having the wrench on straight. That'll be joy to get out. I'm sorry I ever went to this place. Don't make the same mistake.

Best oil change I have ever had! Quick efficient great team everyone was happy and friendly. I was told options needed for my particular vehicle and not sold on anything I didn't need. Very professional team. A bit pricey considering I provided my own filter. Quick service though.

Good side is they were quick and did a good job. The downside is even with a 15% off coupon the price with tax was more than $90. Even with Synthetic oil this is high. This was my first oil change since new. With the exact same oil and same Model car 6 years older Grismer, times past, with coupon was significantly cheaper. $70-75 with coupon is more in line.

Sorry that this review took a couple of weeks I could have sworn I rated it five stars several weeks ago. Anyway, I'll rate it again. I found Beavercreek's Valvoline Instant Oil Change to be singularly, outstanding. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Not rushed and even able to identify a serious water pump malfunction, of which was previously unaware. I plan to return there when next I need an oil change or similar service. I fully intend, the next time I'm in a gathering of people looking for recommendations on where to take their car; I shall certainly recommend the Valvoline Instant Oil Change operation in Beavercreek. I'm not sure how often such a gathering will take place? LOL

Everyone works really hard and efficient. Very friendly staff and they do not try to sell you on something if it's not need!
