Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Youngstown OH

I just got done getting my vehicle serviced here and had a lovely experience. I primarily communicated with Adam who was so clear in explaining what needed to be done and why, as well as being extremely polite and accommodating. Efficient, but certainly not rushed.

I came and got an oil change for a great price. Charlie and Adam and has also help me with other issues I had. They run a great team here. Everyone should come here for great business and a great experience!

Once again they really helped me out. My tech explained everything and how it works for or on mmy hybrid xle. They honored my coupons and gave me additional discounts. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

In Youngstown OH, the Belmont Avenue business, I had my car’s oil change last year. I would, of course, not assume anything was wrong unless oil was blown out due to untightened (or missing, due to negligent service) oil cap (above) or oil plug (below). I had no idea the skid plate was barely put back on underneath, until I lost it the next day.
I also would not have expected the service folk there to deliberately add less than 3.5 quarts to a 5.5 quart capacity. So I find that my 6000 miles oil is black as it gets, and dangerously low. Glad they saved the two quarts of my paid-for oil!
I had to do a $20 oil system cleaning to ensure the overworked oil was completely out of my car!
I hope this ACTUAL experience ensures other would-be customers may know what crooks they may be choosing.

Very Very good customer service! I was greated by a very clean uniformed gentleman, on a very nice looking lot. BUT the price is ridiculous! Even with a coupon they were offering me, they quoted me OVER $100 for an oil change. 6qt full synthetic yes, but come on
