The staff of Valvoline location in Secor Toledo. Are awesome they are professional, and friendly. THANKS! To them they let me know that my oil cap was missing from the last time I taken my truck to Midas in Monroe St Toledo. I will definitively be coming back to this Valvoline location. You ladies and gentlemen are awesome

I only get my oil changed at valvoline. I was just informed that the oil was low, not on the dipstick. I drive a 2019 suv with no leak and no reason for it to be low. The valvoline in Oregon said that the valvoline on Devore only put 4.3 quarts in the car instead of the required 5.4. I am beyond frustrated that valvoline charges as much as they do to not even fill the oil to the correct level.

He assumed I couldn’t afford the oil change I guess cause I was driving my son’s hoopty his first words were our oil change start off 40 some dollars
I said I know I come here all the time but I won’t be back I took all my cars there and my kids took their cars there
When the nice truck pulled up he just greeted with a smile and a welcome

I will never go to Val online instant oil agin I’ve been going there since 2015 and the last time I went I’ve noticed that I had spot in my driveway come to find out valvoline put the wrong drain plug in and now they will not replace the oil pan which is 600 hundred bucks from a 2 dollar fix I will never recommend valvoline to anyone they will not fix the problem this is a shady place that is why you see so many different people working there because they hire anyone so BEWARE VALVOLINE INSTANT CARE if there were a place for no Starr Valvoline would’ve gotten a ZERO BEWARE BEWARE

Y’all are reading a review from someone who takes pride in their vehicle we do not let just anybody touch our vehicle. We take our Van to the same company far as quick oil changes and mechanics.

Since I didn’t have time to drive way out to our main oil place but I did my research on who has the best reviews on oil changes. Came here was greeted by two guys (one at a time). They’re a little pricey I paid $20 more but it was worth it. They were professional, they checked everything, showed everything I need, gave tips/suggestions. Alex is a cool guy! Will be back for more services!

Last but not least they are currently under construction on the other side of the building which is kind of cool they are building a car wash!

Great staff told me I had an oil leak and what else I should be looking to do for my car and gave me a print out to keep track along with other places I could take my car to get stuff fixed. I Will be coming back.

I visited on a Saturday around two in the afternoon. The three bays were full and there was a car in line at each of them, so I was second in line. I had procrastinated too long and their reviews are excellent. I looked at my phone during the 15-20 minute wait, although they came and took my info and checked my lights about 5 minutes after I got in line. This place is a well-oiled machine (ha). They were super nice, answered questions about the transmission on my older vehicle, and weren’t too pushy when suggesting potential services. They checked/topped off fluids and filled my tires. Prices are fine/average. Super thankful for a relaxing experience.:)

Service here is OUTSTANDING, I had to get my tires rotated and while I waited a customer came into the waiting room because his steering went out immediately after getting his oil changed. The manager went out to his car and quickly got one of the techs to look into it.

Wait was long on a Friday at 3, but service was great. Go to their website and send yourself the coupon. They scan it and you get either $5 or $7 off

Took my Audi in for just an oil change. Definitely seemed a bit out of their comfort zone with it but got the job done regardless. Its the only thing I would trust them with on a higher end car.

Employees were friendly. Explained everything to me. They didn't pressure me in any way. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I will be back for future oil changes, and I highly recommend this location.

Give the crew that worked on 6/20/2022 night a raise. Amazing customer service and quick and efficient. First time I can say that getting the oil changed was enjoyable.

This was my place where I usually go to do oil change for my car. The staff there is very expert and change the oil within no time. They do other car checks for free and also give you suggestions on what to do or fix the problems. Very skillful staff and also highly kind and respectful.
