Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Piqua OH

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had to take my work vehicle there for an oil change. It would have been 185, for the oil change, air filter and cabin filter.

The people are extremely customer oriented. Plus they do more than oil change. I will be back.

Always friendly. Brian, the manager is professional and courteous in all ways. He has given my family and I the best service every time we show up. He runs a tight ship and deserves all recognition.

First time in a few years that I've got my oil change there. Everyone is so friendly. Got my oil changed, tires checked, and the fella that took my info also showed me how to reset the oil life without being condescending which was really terrific. Will definitely use them again next time.

Great service, very nice staff, just a little on the pricey side but still love getting my oil done here.

It's almost the same price as going to the dealer for flush and fill on major fluids but you can watch the work in progress

They where a little slow no washer fluid, didn't reset oil light and didn't take off 10.00 dollar coupon I gave them. Had to ask for receipt

I have never had bad service here. Every person I have dealt with is extremely friendly, and very professional. The manager is not afraid to help out or get dirty.

You stay in your car the whole time which is great. Service Technicians were all friendly and got the job done quickly while being professional. Having it done locally is a plus but next time I'll be making an appointment with the Dealership where I'll only pay half the price and get more checked. Sorry.

Originally I was less than impressed, but turned out there was a problem with my vehicle. The manager drove to my house, in Sidney and got under my truck and fixed it. All the way from Piqua! Awesome dude!
