Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Warren OH

The guys forgot to install the wiper blades that cost me $25 per blade, hope they remember me.

Went in today for an oil change. A few people in front of me so I knew it would be a little wait. Was told 30 minutes. At the 52 minutes marker of still waiting. I was ask to switch lanes when I was next to go in. Me thinking ok maybe something wrong or the car infront of me or not done yet and needs a little longer. I'm next so switch me to the one that moving next. But nope had to sit and wait another 8 minutes while the car still in the bay was getting finished. The car that had not been there that long got right in and started getting their oil changed. They could not give me a reason for doing it! They thought it was funny I question it poor customer service.

The boys here are always so kind, and helpful. I have been going to this location for about four years and never had a bad experience. They get you right in and out so quick and it’s definitely worth the price especially since they tune up the car. Props to the owner and the workers for making this such a reliable place for my vehicle!

The staff is always helpful and NEVER pushy. Honest, nice people working. Never a long wait even if a few cars are in front of me. Very attentive. Repeat customer, worth the money for the service.

Went to get an oil change on my company vehicle because we usually take ours to one of the Valvolines around northeastern OH. I don't take my personal vehicles to these places because it always makes me nervous they'll turn my engine into a boat anchor but I can't DIY on a company vehicle and I figured at worst there's like a 20% chance of that happening. When they refilled my engine I heard splashing from underneath because the tech forgot to put the drain plug back in before the refill. Definitely didn't make me confident when I had to start it up a few minutes later and pull out. When I pulled out I made sure there wasn't a trail on the ground behind me. I then drove over to a nearby parking lot to make sure everything was on and tight underneath. The oil change took around half an hour (at the very least 20 minutes) which is excessive for an oil change and the full synthetic was sort of pricy. Definitely taking it elsewhere for the next one.

Apparently when they were checking my tires they broke my valve stem I had a flat tire this morning I had to go get replaced at 122

This place was packed and they still had me out in less then a hr. The crew was fantastic.

Called beforehand, their answering service said that they could do some maintenance on the enterprise fleet vehicle I am driving. When I show up though, after waiting for 30 minutes, I'm told that they cannot change the fuel filter because there's no managers. The assistant manager was the one telling me this. I was there less than thirty minutes after they opened. He was already leaving. Probably to go to another store. But seriously.
