Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Newark OH

I was told 45 minute wait that ended up being 11/2hrs. They have 2 bays. There was a truck in one when I got there and when I left. Thought its supposed to be 15 minute oil chg. Won't be going back.

This place is amazing, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they will let you know what services you need but will not push you to do it. Very thorough job, fast and inexpensive. I would suggest this place for everyone. Amazing service!

I love coming to this location. The staff is consistent with many who have been there for years, which tells me they enjoy what they do and the company is good to their employees. Always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I trust this team.

Valvoline on 21st street has some of the friendliest and what seem to be the most competent group of employees I've met at a Valvoline. They are always very thorough and keep you informed every step of the way. The cost of service here isn't terrible and there are often coupons and discounts that make it worth visiting especially if you don't have the capability or space to do oil changes at home.

I have been getting my oil changed at valvoline instant oil change consistently for the last six years at dozens of locations around the country with no issue. I put a ton of miles on my vehicle and have my oil changed about every 3 weeks.   I know the routine and how it works.

The young lady at this particular location was exceptionally rude. She refused to set my air pressure where I wanted it set and gave me a hard time about the placement of my keys which are cabled to the car.

I chose to leave and go elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced. If this was my first visit to a valvoline instant oil change it would certainly be my last.

I will never go anywhere else! The service was spectacular & they warned me of an engine problem, so I took it to my mechanic who said if I wouldn’t have taken care of the problem (that I had no idea existed until the valvoline guys told me) that it would have blown my engine! Thank you 22st Street team, you guys are the best!

Fast service, friendly staff, and informed me on the steps, processes, and maintenance that they were doing to and for my vehicle. Highly recommend. The lead employer I think (anna) explained everything as far as filters, pressure, and tips for better performance and less wear and tear on my vehicle

I don't know why I ever got oil changes anywhere else! Every time I've been to Valvoline, the staff has been friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. I've returned three times and plan to continue returning.
