Todd was very kind and asked me about my needs and what I wanted. I felt an immediate comfort with him. Hair loss is a very deep and emotional condition. To be teated with this level of kindness meant the world to me.

Totally positive experience with the VAn Scoy clinic. I’m in my mid-60’s, and last winter I discovered for the first time in my life, my hair had begun to get thin. At my consultation with Todd Van Scoy, he advised that with the PRP program I would probably start seeing results in a few months. After two months, following the regimen of PRP treaments monthly plus daily use of the scalp enhancing products (shampoo/conditioner/and follicle revitalizer) both my wife and my haircut stylist could see dramatic improvement. It’s been almost 6 months now, and I’ve been told I can pass for being in my 40’s with the way my hair looks now. It is worth every bit of the effort and I highly recommend the PRP treatment plan from Todd and his friendly staff.

Today was my 6 month graft check and Todd and myself could not believe how well my hair is filling in. I had a level 10 procedure done on my crown and had grafts put all along the front hairline to fill in the receiding area.
Was hoping to turn back the clock to when I still had a full head of hair.everyone reading this that is on the fence should know it has changed my confidence and I'm wearing my hat less and less every day.
Everyone at the clinic is very professional and Todd is extremely knowledgeable and will listen to your concerns and help you with any questions you may have. I could not be happier with how things are turning out.it is not an overnight magic miracle cure, but believe me this process works.you can trust Van Scoy hair clinic to help you and make you feel better about whatever your dealing with.
Special thanks to Todd for being so patient and understanding when I had some health issues and we had to move my procedure back 8 months.so thankful we were able to make this happen and can't think of what things would be like if I hadn't went through with this life changing process.

Van Scow is a great place to go for straight up answers! Todd did not try to sell me anything, and he made me feel more at ease than the local competition. The facility is clean and I do plan on having my procedure at Van Scoy this coming year! Plus, they have very reasonable prices.

Everyone that works here is great and super accommodating. You can tell they mean well, but unfortunately this isn’t the best way to go about growing your hair back. Don’t make the mistake that I did spending thousands for methods that don’t typically work. Look at r/tressless on reddit instead

The staff that I dealt with while I was coming in for a hair transplant consultation were accommodating and kind. However, my problem with them started after I already paid my deposit.

Todd wanted me to see the doctor performing the procedure before my surgery appointment, which I thought was a professional courtesy at the time. I took half a day off work to meet with the doctor (I don’t even remember his name), and he looked at my hair for maybe 5 minutes before recommending I go on platelet-rich plasma therapy for spots they assumed were caused by alopecia areata. This treatment pushed the total price of the hair transplant way over my budget, and the treatment was over 3-4 months so my procedure date had to be pushed back.

I have seen a dermatologist and other hair transplant doctors since then, and they all say that my spots are just from vitiligo, another skin condition I have that turns my hair white, and I have traditional male pattern baldness. They also said that PRP therapy was mostly used to help the healing process after a procedure, not for treating alopecia areata. They recommended steroids if it was actually Alopecia areata.

I decided to fly to Texas for my procedure. They don’t take a deposit up front, and it’s an FUE procedure instead of an FUT procedure. The total cost ended being cheaper including round trip flights.

Learn from my mistake. I recommend doing your research before paying the deposit and locking in a date. I found my doctor through the hair transplant network website, and I browsed through rhairtransplants on Reddit for before and after pictures from previous patients.

I chose to do PRP treatments and I am very happy with my results. I have made substantial gains since I started and it’s an improvement that other people have noticed as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well! Give them a try!

I never take the time to review places, but the staff at Van Scoy have been so great, I felt the need to. They were clear about pricing and the details for the procedure that I wanted, my results were fantastic, and the staff was professional and friendly. Thanks for everything.

HORRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially chatted with an online person which led to getting a phone call asking if I wanted to set up an appointment for a consultation. The person who called me was very cold and uncaring and seemed in no way to care about my problems and just wanted to make the appointment and be done with me. So, because of how uncaring she was, I did not initially make an appointment. The next day I was called by a different person. I told her of my experience and she seemed to at least listen and so I decided to make an appointment, despite my first impression of this company. I just received a phone call that they are cancelling that appointment because the consultant reviewed her notes and has decided they can't help me without even seeing me. She said they are afraid of touching me (I have a severe neurological disorder causing pain). I'm not a china doll. I still work, go out and about, and try to live despite. I was just looking for help in looking nice because I chose to take off my hair so I didn't have to go through the pain of washing it. A wig, I can wear and then my husband or daughter can wash it. But they can't / WON'T help me. I'm trying to do what I can to be a productive person as long as possible and look as nice as possible. I could file for disability and medicair and just sponge off the government but I've chosen not to til I have no choice and not to wallow in self pity and work my problems for the best solutions. I'm not giving up, but this company gave up and wouldn't even see me for a consultation. I should have stuck with my first impression of this company. COLD AND UNCARING!

Todd and his crew have been amazing over these last 9 months…they are very easy to communicate with, very flexible and care about you personally! I am 9 months out after surgery and my results of my procedure are already amazing and they aren’t even close to be done. Their procedures are very affordable in comparison to the other guys…10/10 recommend Van Scoy.
