2I have been in contact with them since January on a $10.00 payment that wasn't posted to my account in December, 6 times on the phone and one time in person to take a copy of my check. I'm still receiving a bill. I took copy of check out February 12th. I left a message with office manager last week and still have not been called back.
My wife and I moved to this area and began using the services of Dr. Jarvis and Nurse Practitioner Christine Ulrich nine years ago. It's hard to realize how quickly this time has passed, but we have enjoyed a positive relationship with this medical office staff. Both Dr. Jarvis and NP Chris appear to be extremely thorough and professional in their conduct (this from a retired hospital administrator). Christine in particular has treated and guided this writer through several medical events so far. I can only recommend Van Wert Medical Services to the reader.
