Impossibly inconsistent. The service here is hit-or-miss, but mostly miss. Pretty much all of the staff behave in a manner that clearly indicates they would rather be elsewhere, with lots of them milling around doing literally nothing (that isnt hyperbole). You will likely NOT be asked if you need an assist finding something, so good luck locating what you're looking for. If what you need is behind a counter and isn't a gun, save the headache and order online. Went in to pick up a Romeo Zero. Hidden somewhere not to be found, no assist from staff. Going to buy from Optics Planet instead, and while i prefer to support local business, the staff support is completely untenable.

Would suggest offering an option to buy products online and then quick store pickup at the service desk. That does not seem to be an option now that I can see, and forces customers to search about the store hoping for a hand from staff to locate products, which has never happened in a couple dozen visits, except in one case when a guy from the archery department could see that I was lost and helped me locate a pricey flashlight (very helpful fellow). Otherwise it's been a hunt in my experience.which is thick irony since this is an outdoors supply store.

Perhaps I have shown up in-store on "off-days" for the staff, I don't know. I found the recent door greeters to be quite friendly, but it seems to go downhill from there. Cashiers have been OK, not particularly friendly nor unpleasant. Have had adequate experiences with staff at the service desk.

The Bullet Ranch is closer to my home, but I have always shopped at Vance due to a much broader selection and slightly lower prices. Will likely start at the Ranch from now on, followed by online retailers, with Vance as a last resort. May go back to the Cleveland Ave store in a pinch going forward.have had a couple much better experiences there. Hebron is a frustrating crapshoot.

My wife and me went to look for a brim hat. We try to get her. No one really yry to help us. They wold point a finger said it was over their. There was so many people in there many of then had no mask on. Monday going call licking County because their was NO social dist. They need to count how many was in the building. What a joke

Went to buy optics for an AR & they told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I had to put my name in on the gun buying list, just to get a sight. Their were employees in other areas doing nothing that could’ve easily got me the box & I’d of been on my way.

Worth the drive from Columbus to get great service and products in stock without having to wait nearly as long

Waiting for my product. So far it's been a great experience. Only place.in the country.that has what I was looking for. Quick responses. Customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

I bought a pair of $165.00 rocky waterproof boats. They leaked really bad. I took them back and they acted like I was lying called a manager and made a big deal out of it then gave me a new pair that wasn’t the width I wear and said they should be ok. After three months one of these started leaking. Rocky boats are junk sense they went out of our country for cheap labor but the price didn’t drop.

Long lines. Gun counter by appt only. Staff have zero knowledge of guns. Accessories, or gun laws.

Great crew very knowledgeable and helpful. They never act like you’re wasting their time. I stop in just to browse when I can.

Always a great stop while traveling through. Quite a variety of outdoor supplies and equipment. Good prices on firearms.

I needed a new safe brought to me. They told me to call moderne safe out of Dayton. I couldn’t of asked for better movers. They had car trouble early on day and even after telling them done stress or worry they made sure to still do it same day quoted. Thanks Moderne safe

Bruce was very patient and knowledge. At no time did I feel rushed or presured to make a decision or purchase through them. His first concern was making sure I picked a firearm I would be happy with. Highly recommended. Even though he was the only one behind the counter he never left me to try to help someone else. He made the whole process easy.

Drove 2 hours to this place and got the best service ever. Really cool guys and huge selection.

Love this place! Nice selection of guns at a variety of prices. Good fishing and hunting section with lots to see.

If you have a really really really long time to wait around and you want to pay more for a firearm than most other places, go for it.

Sales reps friendly.but if your order on line you still gota pay at store! And it will take at least an hour forgun purchase.

If buying a firearm make sure you have a hour just for paperwork. They are slow. Good pricing on sale items.

I walked in ready to spend a great deal of money. The sales guy was a condescending A hole! Told me to buy a gift card rather than helping me pick out a bow or scope or both. I walked ouy unhappy and spent 00000

Lots to choose from and great customer service. Very knowledgeable sales staff too. Pricey though.

Friendly staff and the ammo sales were really great this month. I went in for a particular "toy" and left with ammo and magazines for other needs as well. Good time and clean store. Even the restrooms were kept up and clean. Good job. I do wish that the downtown store was more like THIS store.

Thousand per cent better staff at this store. I have not had a good experience at Alum creek. Four or five visits. They have atittudes. Heath store staff were friendly and helpful. Live in grove city. I will travel to Heath store in the future.
