Lmao I ordered DoorDash from here 3 different times each time they cancelled the order after taking the money. Tried calling up there and nobody answered. This is literally the third time this happened in a row.

Staff very helpful and service oriented. They know how to make a GOOD sundae. We will be back.

This place has thee best ice cream combinations of any place in Portage County or surrounding areas. I absolutely enjoyed this place…. Today I tried a pint size oatmeal cookie and banana pudding ice cream it was delicious and very affordable. Thanks to the girls that helped me today!

These people always treat us like family. Every time I'm having a bad day, I drive from Kent down here just to visit. We always play a board game and relax and never feel pressured to leave. The ice cream is amazing and affordable too. Did I mention the decor is very cute too?

I went with 4 people. Everyone liked it. The fudge blast and the banana splits were excellent.

Best ice cream around Portage County! I first learned of this place during the pandemic because they were a restaurant that was available on DoorDash. Their storefront is pretty small (though colorful) so I hadn't noticed it when driving through downtown Ravenna. I no longer use DoorDash but will gladly make the trip up that way now for all ice cream trips. I highly recommend their cheesecake ice cream. SO YUMMY!

Absolutely thee best ice cream shop I have EVER had hands down! My favorite is the Banana Pudding Pie ice cream! I could literally go there once a day if I could afford it lol ;-) just saying!

First time there today! To start- it’s like stepping into the old-school ice cream parlor on the boardwalk with its bright colors, interior design, and ice cream bar right in the front. There are places to sit inside. The staff made my boys and I feel so welcome-smiling as we walked in and explaining everything. The 2 ladies there tonight took the time to answer all of our questions including questions from my toddler. The ice cream is delicious- creamy and smooth. Not overly expensive at all! I was amazed at how much we were able to get without breaking the bank. It’s worth checking it out!

Cute little place. Serves Hershey brand ice cream. Clean with seating area and friendly staff. Free on street parking. Reasonable prices, my whole family was able to pick what they’d like for under $20.
