We have been looking to purchase a minivan for my wheelchair. We were very impressed with all of the five star reviews so we drove out to the lot in Uniontown. We were not able to look at the vehicles, they literally put cones up in front of us as we were pulling in the lot. Telling us, they don’t allow customers to look at the cars because they’re afraid we’ll bump into them. I’m not sure how they are getting so many rave reviews when you’re not even permitted to look at the vehicles, I’m not strong enough to maneuver my wheelchair around the lot especially given the design of their lot. I called the main number and found, this is a company policy, not allowing perspective buyers to actually view the vehicles before they talk to a sales person. It looks like they want your undivided attention and sales person assigned before they bother with actually selling you a car. Sad, our intention was to purchase today, I’m sure we’ll find a van, just not here.
