Service was nice. Offered carwash which was awesome. Only dissatisfied thing is that they spilled fluid and did not wipe it off my front bumper. If that's my only complaint I'll take it. Everything else was great!
The service was standard. Just an oil change. Everyone is the service department is so friendly. Thats the best part. I really enjoy talking with the advisors. Nette is the greatest! They did a great job on the carwash. I normally don’t like the dealership washing my car but it looked good. The only concern I had was after the service advisor stated that I had paid for the prepaid maintenance. I don’t remember paying for prepaid maintenance when I purchased the vehicle, I don’t know what it is/what it covers, and I don’t know the details on it. I’d hate to think that the sales department slipped something in without my knowledge. I’d have to check my paperwork and deal with that at a later date. Either way the service was great and I’d recommend to others

I've had service done here for years and everything was great as always. The wait was a little longer than usual but it was very busy. Still busy, but service done even faster this time. In and out in less than an hour! Surprised about a 3% charge when using a credit card, even the GM Mastercard.
We went in on a Saturday without an appointment, got with a salesperson right away! Very courteous staff, and patient with our rowdy kids. Collin was our salesman and after an in depth conversation about what type of vehicle we were shopping for, we ended up driving home in the first vehicle he suggested. He was very up front and honest about how sales work at VanDevere so we didn't feel scammed or upsold at any point. Great experience!
The Manager, Rocky, went above and beyond to help my daughter out of a really bad situation with a totaled car and went above and beyond to help us get her into a new car! Thank you for all your help Rocky! We will definitely be back for our vehicle needs!
Over all our experience with Calvin was great I went in there looking to down size and have no payment or minimal payment after just moving to the area.everyone went the extra mile to make things come together, I would definitely recommend.
! This is was my first time going through a dealership and boy was I stressed at first. Justin made it so easy to find a car, I felt like he actually listened to what I wanted and let me know as soon as something came available. I felt zero pressure which was a huge relief and Justin made sure to take care of every worry or issue! I have yet to deal with the service department but this is a dealership I’d go back to!
