My family and I have been going to Vandevere for several years, and the service has been going downhill. My recent experience is causing me to seek assistance elsewhere. It took three visits to fix things that should have been fixed on the first visit. I live in Cleveland Heights, which is a 40 - 60 minute drive from Vandevere. So this was extremely inconvenient for me to drive nearly an hour three times in one week to get these repairs.

My tire sensors were off, one of my tires had a slow leak, and my stabilitrak needed maintenance. They claimed to fix all these things after my first visit, but the next morning my tire was almost completely flat (air was leaking out more quickly than before), stabilitrak was not fixed, and my tire pressure sensor was still not right. We went back again, they claimed to repatch the tire and fix the other stuff, but the next day the tire was completely flat. We went back and requested a new tire at a discount for the inconvenience. We did get the discount, thankfully. The next morning my stabilitrak sensor came on yet again, clearly still not fixed. I called the manager to discuss my experience, left a voicemail, but have not heard back since. I will be getting repairs elsewhere.

The first time I went I had a salesman that was not focused on his customer and was doing everything but helping me. Wouldn’t answer my questions and actually told me “you don’t want that car” when I asked him to run my credit on another cheaper car. Went back 3 days later and requested a different salesman that helped me find my new car. Jon was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. But, come to find out, they gave my sale to the other salesman that didn’t even sell me my car. Not please about that.

Mr. Billy Johnson was nothing short of amazing and the most patient salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I recommend him to everyone looking for a vehicle. And I will tell all my friends and family about him
