Ordered an oil change and rear differential fluid change. They had my car for a day and a half, didnt do the differential (no valid reason) and they felt giving a free oil change would make it "all better". First and last time I take my car here. Very disappointing. After reading these reviews I expected better.

Adding after their reply - the additional work they wanted was upsale filter changes and front end work. Had nothing to do with the rear fluid change requested. Their shop people tried to take advantage of an old lady they thought didnt know any better. Dont be fooled by the owners vague response. They should be ashamed of themselves

Taylor is the best. She helps me out every time that I've been there. Slimans screwed up when they let here go as an employee.

Every time I have an immediate emergency they always take care of me! I’m a notorious flat tire queen. They’ve helped me both times without gouging my pockets! Thank you, Vans team!

Had my car towed to Van's locally after blew out 2 tires in 2 miles, due to a bolt missing in the brake systems late in the day. Was met by a very friendly staff member and I explained the situation in further detail to the individual; who in return assured me that it would be looked at and taken care of. I am happy with the service I received and the car is fixed.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my TPMS sensors and they fixed them without hesitation. Furthermore, these wheels, tires, and sensors were not even purchased through them. Thank you so much for this great experience!

I recently had an unexpected flat tire on the freeway. I contacted Van's
and they came thru and rescued me. I had to wait one day for the new tire
to come in. I went to their location on Center Ridge Rd. The new tire
was installed in 1/2 hour & I was on my way. They are friendly and professional. My experience could have turned out better. Thank you Constantine & Taylor for taking care of me. We have been going to this location for sometime and couldn't be happier! If you need any car repairs

Had an oil change at Van's and customer service was excellent! Why go anywhere else when you can get quick friendly service in your neighborhood? They took the time to show me the air filter, explain options and let me decide which route to go. No pressure, just honest reliable service. I will be back!

I purchased a new set of tires in January and just a couple of weeks ago I found my driver’s side front tire had a screw in it. Called Van’s and they had me bring it in for a look. Tire was unrepairable and they replaced it for free (only cost was installation). They even came and picked me up at my house when my vehicle was ready. This is the second time they’ve given me a ride while using their services. Also saw an act of kindness that I don’t normally see. A veteran was having his oil changed and when he went to pay, the manager told him it was no charge and thanked him for his service! It made that gentleman’s day and mine too. On 4/5 I had some work done because my tire pressure monitor system was acting up and needling serviced. I had forgotten that it was under warranty and Vans took care of it for me and helped me out with some tire leaks due to my aging rims. As always, they stepped up and took care of their customer. Highly recommend.

This is my first time writing a review for a company. My car engine light turned on and I was not sure what caused this issue. I called my auto shop but they could not see me until next Tuesday. I decided to call another auto shop and they wanted $150 just for a diagnostic. I heard about Van's Auto Service through a friend and the price for a diagnostic was almost $50 cheaper. Money is tight right now so I decided to go there.

I am always hesitant using a new auto shop because they could be feeding people bs or break something and say “we found another problem” but NOT Van’s. Van’s got me in the next day. I was concerned about the price and Van’s helped me feel at ease on the spot. My car was turned in at 8am, I called them at 1pm and Van’s told me the problem was with my engine light and no diagnostic was needed. A friend drove me to the auto shop and when I asked how much for their time Van’s said it was free. The customer service blew me away. I handed them a $20 tip and said I like to take care of people who take care of me and they greatly appreciated the offer but did not want to take my money. Van’s could have easily said we ran diagnostics and charged me but did not, instead Van’s treated me like a family member.

Van’s auto shop is the REAL DEAL when it comes to professionalism, trustworthiness, kindness, and taking actual care of their customers because of that Van’s Auto Service just received a new customer. I told my friends and family who will now take their cars to Van’s. Thank you Van’s for the wonderful service!

Stoped in on march 3rd to see if I had a antifreeze leak went in to get a quote on a water pump the mgr at the ridgeville store over heard my problem and quoted me a price and fit me in the same day to fix my problem

I put my trust in Van’s. They never try to pile on extra services, not do they do not candy-coat things. They go above and beyond. I prefer them over the dealership.

1st time using this place and must admit they are very thorough. Although I only purchased tires they brought things to my attention that were safety issues. They confirmed it by taking pics and sending them thru text. That was awesome. When I picked up my truck with new tires. Loved the way they look and drove. They also went over the details of what they found that needs to be fixed. I do have a mechanic I use but if vans prices can compete than I might have them do the work cause that’s how nice and thorough they are.

The Best service that I can remember buying tires over 55 years. The Manager Tyler is a real asset to the Company.professional, knowledgeable and very respectfully. I didn't even price check tires because of her professionalism. Ownership hit a " Home- Run" with Tyler. They have a " diamond " in the rough with her.ran Public Companies as COO.you guys need to move her up the ladder as she could train and manage your other store Managers the same.
