Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros Medina

I recently took my car in for a general inspection and they found I needed some work done on my rear brakes. They said they could get the parts in and get the repairs taken care of first thing the next morning. So instead of having to take my car back home and then have to come back again to drop it off they offered me a ride home so I was able to leave it overnight. My car was ready by 10: 00 am which was much earlier than I expected. Also, the same mechanic that had looked at it the day before did the work the next morning which was great. They are always very accommodating here, which is one of the reasons I keep going back when I need routine maintenance or for any other issues. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quick. Much appreciated as always!

I have had various problems with an old car and Van's worked hard to solve each specific problem as it arose. They are fair, reasonably priced and work persistently to make sure the customer is satisfied. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I've been coming to this location since I could drive and they have been nothing but honest and straight forward with me. I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service above all else. You would be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else for your auto needs.

Highly recommend for all your automotive needs I am on the road constantly for work. It is hard to find good mechanics once they see you with an outer state plate. They try to upsell you. Services you do not need. I can assure you here is not the case they will check your car thoroughly full full diagnostics and tell you what is needed now And what can wait and no one will try to twist? Your arm to get work done with them. Very trustworthy and skilled tradesmen will definitely be back.

I am very picky on who I choose to let work on my vehicle, but I love coming here! The people are fantastic, the prices are great and things are taken care of correctly the first time. You won't regret bringing your vehicle here!

Excellent service, professional/ polite service. Don’t try to sell something not needed. Give you a report of your vehicle on your phone so you can see what was done and if any further service is needed. And easy to schedule a service appointment.

Thought I'd found my auto service center. However, I found where I won't take my vehicle. Everyone makes mistakes. I understand that. Should mistakes arise I feel the shop should acknowledge them and correct them. Not compound them. Won't go back.

The staff was fantastic! They diagnosed my problem, gave me options and had me out the door in time to make my board meeting. I needed two new tires and they gave me a good price and comparable tires to the ones I bought last fall. I would go back to Van's for sure.

I would highly recommend Van's for tire replacement and auto service. I was in need of new tires for my car and did some research to determine the exact tires I wanted. I went to Van's website because they had serviced my vehicle and replaced tires for me before, and I have always been happy with their service. Requesting an appointment via their website was easy, and Mike called me the next day to confirm the appointment. I requested an appointment 2 days out, and they were able to get the tires I wanted into their shop for mounting and installation. Everything was smooth and easy. Rebecca was great with me on the phone - checking to make sure my car was being worked on. And when I came to pick up, Tony was fabulous - giving me a run down of the service and any related matters I should consider. Overall, across the board and regarding everyone I dealt with, they were all extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The work was done right, and I am extremely happy with my experience with Van's - again.

My mom absolutely loves coming here! She walks in and everyone knows her name she knows all their names. There was laughter and fun while waiting for her tire to get plugged. They took it right back because they wanted her to make my sisters basketball game in Medina and they were only going to be open for another 30 minutes It just gives you a fun family feel! We Love VANS MAN!

We have used Van's in Wadsworth on and off for years with no issues. The Medina location is much closer, we needed tires, they got us in quickly, made us aware of all the promotions we could get and the service was fast. The guys were working were friendly and easy to deal with.

Reasonable prices and friendly. There have been some issues with diagnosing and being able to finish repaits/service in the time frame prescribed however you can tell they work hard to resolve the issue and I have great confidence in their ability to completely fix/resolve the problem or issue which in the end you want the repair done properly and sometimes car repairs can be multilevel so to speak.
I do recommend and will gladly continue to have my vehicles serviced there:)

I needed my brakes repaired and Van's Auto Service repaired them. While they were test driving it they noted a vibration in the steering wheel. They found the wheels were out of balance, they balanced them and now my car rides like a dream!

The people here always courteous and knowledgeable about whatever your automotive needs are. Their prices are competitive and the work that they do is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
