I stopped by with a messed up vape and Aaron and Seth knew exactly what I needed and got my vape fixed up in no time. They even recommended some options to help prevent the problem in the future. Fast service and friendly as can be.

The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because the flavor I got was too “wet”? The flavor was stuck in my throat for a week after smoking it. But beyond that, that day I had Erik take my order over the phone and come up to my car while my child slept to assist me. This was going above and beyond. And his efforts were much appreciate. Not being able to flavor test is hard because the pandemic however he did try to meet my needs and ended up giving me a delicious flavor but just not the one for me in the end.

I asked for mtl coils and the worker handed me 1.0 ohms. I said, "are you sure this is mtl? " And he said "yes. " So i made my purchase, went to my car and checked, and when I realized they were not the correct coils, I went back in. With me asking for the mtl coils, he clearly knew i wanted the higher ohms, the 1.4 like I had before. So I told him they weren't the correct coils and he says they actually dont sell the higher ohm ones, but the 1.0 will still work and "is technically also mtl". That is a lie, 1.0 is not considered mtl, I double checked. If he would have told me that before I made my purchase I probably would have bought them anyways as I needed coils and the other vape shop in the area was out, but the fact that he mislead me when it was clear those weren't what I was looking for really rubbed me the wrong way. The juice is good and the coils work but I don't think I'll be going back.

I had one in mind, but they showed me a different setup that was significantly cheaper and man does it rock! Any business that will sell you something for less than you might have spent is a keeper.

The store was clean and taken care of. The gentleman working up there gave me a bunch of information and was extremely helpful!

This place is absolutely wonderful the customer service outstanding you could know nothing and they will help you and you will feel totally confident you made the right decision afterwards wonderful people very kind prices are totally fair for the quality products they sell and everything is top shelf I’ve been to many others in Ohio this is by far the BEST STORE DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

I come here all the time. Staff is extremely friendly and quick to get you helped! Love their selection of juices. I drive from Fairfield all the way there because they have the best options and the best vibe. Pricing is also not outrageous. They’re also the first shop I’ve been to that sells the Burst duo line. My favorite E-Juice.

I live in NJ just outside of Manhattan (literally 5 minutes) and I found this place in Ohio on Facebook. I have access to hundreds of smoke shops within a 10 mile radius and I still decided to check this place out.
Their products, prices and customer service are AMAZING!
I bought 5 items from here so far and I could not be happier. Shipping is fast, they are very professional and very accommodating. I even got a text with my credit card receipt! Super impressed!

AWESOME and friendly staff, plus the customer service is great. You could know nothing about vaping, and leave the locations feel comfortable and confident with a[/the] product (s) you've purchased. The reason this location isnt "5 star" is because the selection on mods, hardware, etc isnt that large- But does vary quite often, with high quality and brand names. However, E-Juice selection is marvelous, they have any flavor you are looking for- and the staff is more than happy to offer "taste-tests" of any E juice your choice. Typical Prices. Great atmosphere, if you dont mind vape clouds

The absolute best vape store in the area, maybe even all of Ohio. Only place to get quality juices, mods, tanks, cottons and coils at a reasonable price and the employees are top-notch. When you shop at Vapology, you feel like more than a customer, you feel like family. Don't go anywhere else!

Best vape shop around. Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Last Sunday I bought my first mod and staff was super helpful and not pushy. I bought two mods that day and had a pretty good grasp on how to operate and maintain my new kits.
