Great care for our 4 legged children! Staff is kind & friendly. Been going there for years & have never had a bad experience.

The way VCA and especially Dr. Spoon took care of us as we had to put our dog down as amazing. We can't thank her enough for the care and concern she showed us, and on a Saturday night.

Definitely not a hospital if you can't see a sick pet the same day telling local folks to travel to Maumee or toledo is absurd hospitals are for emergencies if you can't take emergencies then your false advertising and shouldn't call yourself a hospital ‍️

Remember it’s a national chain and needs to produce revenue. They will nickel and dime you each visit and when the question rises there will be no hesitation with euthanasia $$$ downplaying all other facilities/second opinions.

A sick kitty showed up at our home, full of burrs and fleas. I called Findlay VCA and they were able to see him right away. Staff is so kind and caring. After check up, tests and medication, kitty is doing much better. They didn’t try to do unnecessary tests or vaccinations. They checked him for microchip and found nothing and no neighbors claimed him, so we have a new healthy family member!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Large parking lot, clean waiting areas. Text reminders and confirmation for appointments.
Felt comfortable in discussing any and all questions I had about my Oldman.

They were very amazing when I had to have my baby put down and have done great now with my cat. I recently rescued a puppy and they will get to meet her soon. Highly recommended.

Most wonderful and caring people work here. Dr. Tyzer and her staff were so accommodating when my cat needed urgent care and provided options for end of life care. Unfortunately, my fur baby did not recover and the staff was passionate, kind, caring, and helped us in and out of the hospital during this emotional procedure.

I highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital for all your pet care.

They were able to see my dog the same day I called and schedule her for surgery the next day.

Won't go anywhere else desant prices and they'll work with you. Been going there since 1995

I have had 4 cats see various Dr's, depending on how soon they needed to be seen. Everyone there is empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly.

When our cat got hit by car they got us in fast and took exrays, and gave him medication to help him get better. They were very good with him making sure he was well taken care of.

My opinion: Don't call yourself a hospital if in an emergency situations you only take dogs that are already seen there. Had an emergency with my dog and they would not take, directed me to Toledo.
My dog died that evening, no guarantee he would have lived if they would have seen him, but again, don't say you're an animal hospital but in emergency situations turn others away.

Great service and friendly people. They take great care of my dogs. They really care about my pets and their well-being.

Solid vet practice. Dr. Row is exceptional. The cost is higher than some, but we want the best for our dogs.
