My dog is sick and needs to see a vet. I was told very curtly by the individual who answered the phone that they do not have any appointments until 4 weeks from now. I asked, "so you cannot see a sick dog for 4 weeks? ". They answered, "Correct, we cannot see a sick dog for 4 weeks. " The dog will either get better by themselves or die by then. This tells me this vet does not care about my pet or their patients.

Absolutely Great. First time coming in. Great experience with employees. Doctor and the receptionist, I mean everyone was very respectful and awesome highly recommend this place. Shout out to David Wong DVM and Bridget and everyone. Thank you.

Dr Robert wong has really made a big impression on me. He has taken care of 2 of my cats and even though the ending isn't what I hoped for.he made my cats final days pain free as cancer took their loves. Recently I had to have my cat sunny put to sleep because of jaw cancer. I loved how calming and kind he was talking to my boy as he passed from start to finish just as if it was his very own fur baby. Such compassion and love ty Dr Wong for making his last memory so sweet. He sat by him and pet his paw as he passed on our laps. Dr Wong was so sweet to our boy it will be a memory I will always cherish. Now sunny and mini are together again forever

Dr. Adams is amazing! That is the one and only reason I go there. The front desk receptionist Omaira is terrible to work with. Any time I've called, I wish she hadn't answered. The matter she speaks to you is cold. I just called to make an apt for my dog who has blood in his stool, and she is advising me there is a hold for me to make an apt due to an outstanding bill, and she can't make an apt for me until it is overridden by the manager, who is off for the next week. I can't even pay the payment owed. I asked to speak to the vet to see if there was something I could do, and she advised me that she is in surgery with no other option. I asked to hold, and she quickly placed me on hold cutting me off. I called back and she advised me I could hold until of end of day. Extremely disappointed that after more than ten years of my dog going there, they can care less about his health. The customer service experience is terrible. I am very disappointed. She does not deserve a supervisor title. Also, I was able to speak with a vet tech who was able to give me a number to call to pay my bill so I can get my dog seen. Which Omaira never mentioned.

I've taken my pets to this VCA for almost 10 years. The newer location is great, same great staff. The pricing is good, not great but fair compared to other franchise type vets. Remember if you can't afford the vet, you can't afford the pet. So if your looking for a great vet and now a bargain they VCA is it.

The VCA York Royalton clinic is beyond incredible. The staff members are incredibly engaging and caring about all animals. We love the veterinary doctors. I have never been to a place so dedicated to professionalism and that has been so thorough in all details. A wonderful place to take your beloved pet.

Dr Cavalcanti is the best. She calmed my dog down and prescribed meds whereas my pet felt better the very next day by almost 100%.

Wonderful customer service. They got me in even though I was a new patient because it was urgent for me. They are all so delightful, kind and patient. I would highly recommend this location. Dr. Kovicic was an angel.

I've been going to this vet for about 20 years I've sent my moms dog there and my mother in-laws cats I've paid their ridiculous prices because I felt comfortable there until this morning my moms dog had a injury to her back leg a few months back she's 13 not much they could do we have made her comfortable with expensive medications and now its time we wanted to spend a couple more days with her and they told me I had to wait six days I asked what if she can't make it that long should I call the emergency vet they said I guess so. I'm very saddened and upset with the lack of empathy in this situation I will not return to this vet

I have taken my cat here for years whenever anything went wrong. They were always responsive and friendly with me and treated Lilly (my cat) well

I took my pets here for years up until recently. This is a corporate owned vet that over charges consumers. They didn’t used to be like this. Seriously, check around on the prices they charge - it’s ridiculous. I’m all about good quality care for pets but they mark everything up like crazy.

Such a wonderful & friendly staff. I always feel that they will take very good of my pet.
