I was contacted by one recruiter at Vector Technical a month ago about a job opportunity near Cleveland area. The recruiter was great initially, he was very helpful when providing me with information about the company, he made sure to ask me a lot of questions about my background to see if I was a good fit for the position etc. What frustrated me about this experience was the fact that he never called me back after the interview. I tried to call his phone number and he never picked up. I understood from there that I was probably not selected from the hiring team, although I think he could have had the decency to give a feedback, positive or not I was just waiting for a call back after having a great first experience in the interviewing process.

Less the desirable staff, friendly, yet not to professional staff. It's what I would call a bait and wait. Bait you in with a potential job posting and never perform a professional courtesy call to let you know the status of what's going on.
