Robin is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly! She always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares and discusses options to treatment. I make the drive from Bellefontaine because I value Robin’s professionalism and input.

Initial consult & initial follow up w/ owner was great. Informative, discussed procedures & options, borchers provided. Staff was hit or miss. Either very friendly & helpful or completely uninformed & chaotic. Total of 6 visits/1.5hrs round trip ea/$450 later, w/ little to no visible progress. Staff advised basically nothing they can do but "keep trying. " Extremely disappointed in lack of positive outcome all around.

The staff and doctor go above and beyond with their customer service care and support. Its the reason keep going back!

At first there was a little confusion on what my appointment time was. I was a little upset since I drove an hour there and it was my first time. However they were able to work something out to keep my laser appointment. Staff was very professional and helpful, office is beautiful clean and modern. Prices are reasonable and although it is far, it was worth it in the end!
