Kevin helped my mother and with the purchase of Apple watches, we also had an issue with our account. Kevin demonstrated some of the best customer service, I have ever witnessed. Verizon, you should do everything in your power to use Kevin as a role model, for all of your employees! Thank you so much Kevin at the Eastgate location!

In the market for a replacement phone for a 12 y/o. Needed for calling and playing a few games. Very little inventory. Allegedly shipping issues. But we did score a Motorola for free by giving him a new #.

Kevin was very friendly and extremely helpful. He took care of everything for us to upgrade my mom's phone. He was very personable and listened to not just her phone and account related questions, but also her stories and jokes.

Very helpful employees! I tried unsuccessfully to put on a glass protector. They helped me take it off and fixed it almost like new. I really appreciated it!

Waited for 30 min, no service. Even with 2 employees sitting in the middle of the store, talking about tv shows. Left without being helped.

We were told to go to Verizon Eastgate because it was a "corporate store. " The first employee told us she could not help us at all. The second employee said, "We only just sell phones. " I purchased my family's phones from Verizon thinking I would be helped. I will never purchase a phone from a Verizon store again.

By far the worst customer service (2 weeks in a row) experience I've ever had with Verizon and from what I understand I'm not the only customer who feels this way about the Eastgate store.

Tried to go to this location, and was told to order online because if curbside pickup. Completed and entire shopping session via the app, only to be told that that store wasn't not available for device pickup. Wish they would have told me straight up.

The sign on the door and website both said they opened at 10 but they don't open till 11. I don't need anything they liked you in the store to do anything I want to upgrade my phone and was told I had to do it on my phone or at home.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This has to be the absolute worse Verizon EVER. Andy the sales person that sold me the phone DID NOT ACTIVATE the phone. After we left we discovered this and I called Verizon customer service and they could not even locate the phone on the plan. So I had an extra sims card at home and added it to a pre-paid line. After paying the16 dollars a month for the phone for 2 months I received a letter stating I will need to pay the phone off in full, OR i could activate the phone for an hour and then turn it off. WHY should I have to activate the phone after clearly they didn't do their job, after they give this whole spill about how great of a deal you're getting. I will be at the store this coming Saturday to speak with Andy and his manager to get this straightened out.

Be sure to use the phone, mail, and internet when shopping Verizon during the Covid-19 issues which I did.
Waited outside, in line, in the cold, with other customers, way to long. When it was my turn to get a new Sim card, much later, I was informed they were out of Sim cards for my phone. The customer service representative was knowledgeable, polite, and otherwise helpful.

Great place. Andy was very helpful. He fixed my account and got it updated to the current plans that Verizon offers. I recommend seeing him when you go into the store.

I added another line to my account and purchased a $600 phone 4 that mine in the process. One day my phone died and when I charged it and rebooted my phone to use my phone and it told me I had no service. I continue to talk to Verizon store and never got anywhere. When I finally was able to come into the store and have my phone looked at they realized it was a hardware issue. On top of the whole week that I hadn't been able to use my phone already it took 5 days for my phone to arrive after I was told I would receive it the following day. Verizon just isn't my choice as my phone Carrier but they've been around a long time so they have to be doing something right. They are slightly more expensive than other carriers but I know if my phone is lost stolen or broken I'm covered and fairly easy to get replaced and the workers are very helpful

My father went to this store to purchase a phone with 52 min before you close and was told that there was not enough time to get it set up so he will have to come back. What’s the point of being open if you can provide the service you offer. You guys are so lazy and it’s sad. He must of not been making commission for the $1000 my dad wanted

Horrible experience. Not sure what these guys get paid for. They can’t and will not even activate a phone or help fix one that doesn’t work. Lazy workers
