19 Still nothing resolved.worst consumer experience ever!
My experience with Verizon has been a disaster. I did not receive one promotional item that was promised to date:

STILL NOTHING! I have not been contacted by anyone at Verizon to date - been going on for months! Is there a ZERO star review?
March 30,2022 - Still NOTHING from Verizon. NOTHING. The entire Customer Service is a disaster. I recommend you stay away from Verizon.
Nate was able to help us with everything we went in to accomplish. Clean place, friendly staff, easy to get to.
Okay, I just have to say Wow! Chris, Sumair and Tamara were absolutely wonderful! My Blind MIL and I came in to get her a new IPhone and they all spent so much time helping us! My MIL can’t believe how great these three were to us! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back for future purchases!
They changed store hours opening 1hour later. Then they refused to open @10a, even though their signage indicated they changed to 10a opening. They refused or turned away at least 15 customers! Time to look for a new carrier!
Just as we were leaving they opened the store @ 10: 20a. We were third in-line. We were taken care of by Associate Lela who was wonderful! 5*! We bought two additional phones plus accessories! She was excellent! Found out that Omicron had most of the staff out ill.
Terrible service, actually they didn’t acknowledge anyone coming through the door. So there wasn’t any service. Rude, rude, rude!
Audrey took care of me on a couple of transactions. Very quick and knowledgeable about their products.
The technician wasn't overly friendly and not to enthusiastic about helping us. Just needed tech services nothing major. Seemed put out! Eventually did help.
The worst experience of poor time management. As a rep advise of having only two reps currently working as I watch her walk around to offer assist to the two working reps on the floor.
Very rude service. Employee was angry, and nasty to me, talked down to me like I was a piece of garbage. The guy was mad because I got there after 6: 30 pm, he said I needed an appointment after 6: 30 pm. He was clearly angry. He then said 'sit down' in a rude manner and pointed to a stool, like I was a piece of garbage and proceeded to help another customer who didn't have an appointment, and rang up her purchase. The next guy who helped me was very nice, but too little too late. This is not customer service, this is embarassing for such a well known company. I'd advise against shopping here.

I went there to switch my sim card and got my plan fixed and everything explained as it should have been. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he speaks 11 languages and he did a great job.
Brought in my S20 5G due to an Samsung software / Security update "glitch" that rendered it unable to connect to Verizon services anymore. Tori did an awesome job getting me hooked up with a new phone after spending a long time dealing with the issue, and with tech support. She genuinely cared that my 1 year old phone was now unusable and worked hard to get me an alternative great deal. Thanks Tori!
This location is a great place to go when you need assistance with your adding cell phone accessories (i.e, glass screens, etc.).
Worst Verizon store. I went in to check out the lines and see what was out and told my wife we weren't going to buy anything. Jason came over and offered something that we couldn't pass up. Well it is 8 months later and after a monthly call to Verizon our bill is still messed out. At this point I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone. They can't fix your bill and they do not care. They will just keep taking their money. Explore AT&T or T-Mobile first. That is where I will be going soon.
Do not let Verizon steal your trade ins!
Honestly so annoyed. I transferred a line from ATT I worked with Jason. He told me I wouldn’t have to pay for a phone and credits would cover the bill as I was trading in a device. I have had to call EVERY SINGLE MONTH for 2-3 hours each time.he messed up so bad NO one has been able to fix it. I want to leave Verizon but don’t have anything to trade in anymore and would wind up loosing so much money. I am so annoyed and done with the entire Verizon support system. When talking with the support people online they said its all due to how the account was set up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I also went in to seek assistance from the store at first and he told me he can’t help and I had to call. Like you are the one who messed up.
Went in for some upgrades and some advice and I was treated professionally by Jason panhorst. He is a true representative of a professional customer service representative of your company.
Extremely rude employees. Honestly make me want to switch cellphone carriers. Not inclusive to my beliefs and judged me for it
February 2,2021. I went to this store today to get help with a problem I have with a new phone. A sales representative meet me at the door and told me that they would call me when they had someone available to help me. He told me to wait outside. After waiting in my truck for 45 minutes, and noticing that there were NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE, I went in and complained. They then proceeded to listen to me but failed to have any knowledge of why my new phone was not working properly. Eventually the woman representative lied to me and said, "that's the way it's should work". I went to a different Verizon and they told me that it was not working correctly and they would order me a new one.
Why is this store open if it ignores customers, makes customers wait outside and lies to them?
Great staff. Sumair was extremely helpful in solving my issue and going out of his way to provide an affordable solution. Having stopped at another Verizon store, this was never even discussed, so it was a great catch. Service was great, all COVID protocols followed, would definitely recommend.
